Uh, ZhuYan is ZhuYan only, YingLong was never his past self. ZhuYan image only appeared as YingLong for the sake…
I believe so too. YL could have easily come back if he wanted to several times. But he neither came back, knowing deep down that BY was gone, nor could he move on for still holding onto whatever hopes of reuniting with BY, resulting in that seemingly infinite limbo.
YL's loneliness can never be curbed no matter how many company he got and how many beings he froze over the years because the only person whose presence can do that was no longer there😭
I was also amazed at YL's memory, even after hundreds of thousands of millenia, he still recalled what BY's eyes looked like and all the things he used to say😂
They were truly an inseparable pair. Despite all their powers and duties, you can't have one without the other. Take away one and the other will fall apart.

I agree. BY clearly did not live a happily ever after. We don't know how or at what age he died. There were no accounts of his life afterwards, only that he died in seclusion. Considering how people worshipped him as a God, it's impossible no one would know unless he cut off contact completely. It's understandable that he'd be depressed and pained enough to die alone. Becoming a human was the closest thing he could do to a suicide without actually committing suicide.
One more thing I've read is that he left his sword to his descendants. That special sword was a one of a kind gift YL forged specifically for him using his own body parts, so he couldn't just abandon it. Even if BY couldn't live in a world without YL, his descendants could and they would take over his duty of protecting the world he saved and inherit his gift as well. It's a very tragic story. There can't be a BY if there is no YL and YL will also not stay where BY doesn't exist.
Oh my god, I just got my friend to translate it and this is what she said was told in the video:
[He just told me – to confirm, I asked about when Yun Xiu Xing will air. Now, his exact words were: "It's currently under review." The good news is, it will definitely pass and air in the second half of this year.]

But did someone reliable say that? Or is it just a rumour?
