The ending is very satisfactory for those who watched the whole 59 episodes:
She Lives happily with the love of her life, the man/demon she has loved and whom has loved her for 10 lives and with their child!!!

i've watched it and thought it strange because of Vincenzo's ending, so, that is why I had to go see if NETFLIX confirmed it as I thought i was watching an extended version exclusive to the eastern market or an easter eagg in the form of a inner joke of some kind...
