A feel-good drama that could have been longer.
That ending was PERFECTTTTTho I do wish we had more episodes, and they addressed the many questions we have... and I was not too happy with the father-daughter reconciliation part... Still. It was a good ending 🥹🫶
The cast did a really good job portraying the characters, and this is the first time in a long time that I've not skipped any scenes while watching a kdrama.
The villains' arcs did not seem very well developed, and their respective endings were quite abrupt. That's probably my only complaint 🥲
Highly recommend!!

Huge potential but severely underdeveloped.
This drama took me 2 years to finish. I had been anticipating the release since the trailer dropped, because the trailer suggested one thing, and the story something else entirely. The only reason I held on was because of the actors. They did a phenomenal job with casting, and the ost!! it's been my favourite since release.
Plus the lack of love rivalry was SO GOOD. Yoon Chaewon!! My beloved side character omg
The first 4 eps were amazing, and suggested a frenemies to lovers trope but I got let down so hard ðŸ˜
I was actually surprised the leads suddenly had feelings for each other because it felt like it was out of nowhere. They definitely have chemistry, so maybe the pacing was off.
Overall not bad, but definitely could have been better.

Great Story, unbelievable ending
This was wayyy better than I expected. I thought it was carry on with the slight silliness, dramatic animations, and slice-of-life mixed with a hint of Supernatural elements vibe — but the intense scenes towards the end made me cry.The cast's acting was also top notch!!
My only regret about this is that the ending could have been explained better — perhaps the king had been reborn, or maybe we could see Magunrok bring him back too...
"How did he get back? that's a secret"... really, now 🥲
