As per my point of view as i understood something imma answer you that, Jung won was the character made up by Se Eun in her game which she made for game making contest and hence in the game the students are playing, Jung won is Ai character of Se Eun. And coz they are in the game hence they are thinking Jung won is a student among them hance they thought she is real and maybe she has lost her memory like every other student when the game started again but Yoon seo had all the memories but when she saw Jung won at the back she understood that this time Jung won is not her best friend so she can't save anyone this time. And as per Se Eun's mom mentioned that time in reality is slower than time in game so maybe it has been like 4 hrs or idk of them playing but in those hours itself they have played alot of times.
