Honestly, all I wanted was to see people discussing the plot, characters, and trailers. Instead, the comments…
I don't think anyone is bashing the actors themselves. It's obviously their agents fault. The fact that this is a romance and has no romantic scenes or skinship can also affect the drama in china with low rates. It's not just the age gap, it's also the consequences of the age gap on the finished product.
I'm on ep 5 fighting the urge to drop this. It's kinda weird how all these men just fell to their knees for a woman they just met and who is stone cold. The episodes seem kinda stuck, she doesn't get any real insight into the male lead. Nobody knows why she is the way she is. It's getting boring. The visuals are perfect, but the writing is just not moving anywhere.
Enjoying the drama so far. Someone in the comments said this is Dou Zhao on steroids and I agree. Seems like quite…
my thoughts exactly. All those men were her In-laws and she didn't seem to know how they looked like or their personalities. She only had surface knowledge about them, which is weird.
All these princes the female lead is supposed to choose from to marry were her brothers in law in her past life, so how come she doesn't seem to know any of them prior to meeting them in her new body? it's like she never saw these men at all and had only surface knowledge about them.
The editing in today's episode was really bad. One minute she was checking her score, the next there's a fire somewhere and somehow she's at the scene. The next Cheng yi is sending her off against her will. Then years later she's back????? I didn't read the novels, maybe someone who's read it can fill in the blanks?
I disagree with this. While the ml did a lot for fl, she is also the only family he has left. You say she's his…
The mortgage was not her fault. If you want to blame anyone for that you should blame his dad for getting entangled with her mother. They are both victims of terrible parents. And this drama is about them coming together and bringing each other healing. If you didn't get this then idk why bother continuing.
I hate this trope where the boy in the relationship is the only one giving and the girl is the one who is taking…
I disagree with this. While the ml did a lot for fl, she is also the only family he has left. You say she's his misery, but he sees it completely differently. He sees her as the only good thing in his life. His life was already terrible before she came into the picture, btw.
It's so confusing cause he was applying to police academy when female lead was still in elementary school or freshman year of high school? feels like he grew up and she's forever stuck in her teens.
Something's confusing me. What are ml and fl age gap? because at the beginning when they were kids they seem to be about the same sage. But with the time skips it feels like the ml grew up and fl has been stuck in her teens forever.
edit: I'm not a hater. I love Hou Ming Hao and have been watching anything he's in.
