i can’t believe they’re adding this new plot line… woah… what a way to mess things up lol

and as much as i love jinman being alive,,, there’s like 1781462828 unanswered questions from the beginning and now there are even more questions after the final ep, i hope there’s a second season but if there is, i will wait until they’re all out cause dAMN was it dragged out sometimes…

they should’ve released the 8 eps all at once, tbh waiting for the eps weekly and having to rewatch the same scenes just from different perspectives was very underwhelming given the outcome. most of the times we didn’t even understand who these people were or their motives and i was expecting to get an answer but the final ep came and nothing… like, the acting is amazing, the flashback and action scenes were well laid out and emotionally compelling, u can tell the production value is HIGH… but there’s something missing :/

RIGHT! i saw her in FFMW and she gave the same cute mannerisms, even when she's playing victim here it kinda overlaps with how she acted there lmao she's a bit TOO good

that was really good!!! i had delayed watching this since other characters by PMY and PSJ hadn’t been my faves but this has got to be their best performance!! i loved how the show focused on the main leads like 90% of the time and the secondary characters started to get time only after the first half when the main couple was already established,,, the use of cliché tropes like the childhood memories were flawlessly integrated into the plot, the only thing i didn’t like and didn’t really consider necessary would’ve been the love triangle mini plot lmao thank god it didn’t last that long ! as for the rest, very funny and GREAT chemistry between the leads, definitely worth the praise even years after it came out !! unrivaled in the romcom genre i’d say !!

rewatched again yesterday omg this is still so good, i can say it again with more certainty but i wish this had been longer omg so many unanswered stuff and some stuff that could’ve connected had they been given a couple of extra eps, i really NEED s2 !!! this has sooo much potential, i love it 🥰

their chemistry makes up for that silly deus ex machina for sure,, i insist that the plot in ep15 wasn't that necessary lmao but it's ok! it wrapped up nicely for all the characters!

ngl i hate to say this since i actually really like the drama, but it was such a forced conflict/separation plot, like dohee has known about guwon's job and its implications and yeah her father making a deal could've changed her feelings a bit but if they had worked through it and stayed together, the sacrifice scene would've hit harder, plot wise haha maybe i love pain that much but wouldn't it have been more realistic if they had stayed together and thought they were free of loss and then boom, pain! but oh well, i still love the show and i want to know how it wraps up!

I thought i was gonna going into an action-filled show and so far so good, BUT THE EMOTIONAL SCENES THAT CAME ALONG? omgggggg I WAS TEARING UP SO BAD, and to know the show is gonna be filled with these flashbacks,, wow i need to prepare for pain and angst

i wasn’t expecting to like this so much but i really liked how Mr. Utility Pole (LMAO i can’t get over that sorry) is also part of the allowance and knows the truth about the other future… it’s great that FL has someone reliable who is willing to help and is also good at communicating and is also very straightforward and know how to draw the line, she’s naturally too good for her own good so i like how she has changed so far!

although i did enjoy the show overall, i thought this was silly and i can agree with the plot armour comments that are being pointed out here cause HOW could a shop owner who likes to party is capable of dodging and surviving several monster attacks (some of them unarmed) while the hard trained soilders die by the dozen lmaooooo 😂 also the fact that seongshim would lash out her tentacles immediately for the soilders but while chasing the main characters she would just run behind them and tire herself out…. so! very interesting and biased choice of power limitations haha but at least the cgi was good!

did i miss a bunch of lore or how is everyone suddenly an expert on this whole najin thing…. i am gonna have to start taking notes cause DAMN,, i am happy for S2!!! but i need a few business days to process the finale + preview lmao 😭
