hi so this post contains some spoilers for episode 11 but i just wanted to assure you that namu made it, phew!

i'm realizing now that it must be because he is one of the 10 members of the idol group kimiyuki, basically giving every idol member a bit of plot armour resulting in them surviving, heck even daisaku still lives (even though i thought his end was near )

but still ofc someone had to go, so i guess it had to be none other than gengo for the simple fact he wasn't an idol member (btw i'm totally joking, i'm just weirdly entertained by this thought/idea 🙈)

also since they are coming with a new opening and ending theme for season 2 they still need their characters alive or it wouldn't really make sense that they appear in the MVs i suppose 🤷‍♀️

btw i have totally lost overview who i have told and not so sorry if i'm repeating myself again, but do look forward to the drama debut of matsumoto jin (松本仁) in season 2 🤭

so today it was revealed that next week (July 10th) is just a recap of season 1 😊

yeah i think your last parapgraph is more likely the way it will play out.
though considering daisaku seems to get hurt to shield kyuu from gengo, it seems their final battle will give kyuu the upper hand maybe (?) 🤔

For anyone who got confused by Lemino's info, what they really meant was that they are streaming one episode on Lemino every Monday from 10am (Japanese Standard Time) till episode 5. After that episodes 6-10 will come 2 weeks later, while gagaoolala and the others will continue to stream weekly every Monday (if I have understood this right 🤔)

(So yeah not 5 episodes on one day for those who thought this, aka me 🙈)

hmm when it comes to why the daikyuu battle has to happen, i believe as you stated that since daisaku gave the secret letter, he has already outed himself as the spy/mole. And because of that I believe kyuu-chan will be ordered by either kondo or hijikata to end daisaku 🤔

thinking about it now, i remember reading they said 2 consecutive seasons so i believe there is no gap and we will continue to get an episode weekly 😊
