that's how it works most times. you get arrested and stay in jail pending trial. sometimes you can be kept out of jail with bail, but not always. because if the crime is bad enough you might not even be eligible for it. so yeah from when they arrest you, you go to jail, and then if you get convicted for the crime, the time you already spent in jail is subtracted from the overall sentence time. oh and depending on the country, there might be a difference between jail and prison (for example the US) . but im not familiar with thai correctional facilities so idk if jail and prison are different or if its just the same

I'd feel bad for the actors bc the script is a mess and they did the best they could with it but at least they got their bag

GMMTV has the budget so it would be lovely if they invested in a screenwriter or two because Ohm face and body can only do so much for saving this
