Lowkey disappointed that Bae Hyunsung and Cho Yihyun aren't leading the drama like I thought they would to continue their life as the residents of Yulje. I had expected Kim Kangmin and Lee Chanhyung to be a part of the cast too, as they were the residents at the end of season two of Hospital Playlist. But looks like we'll be introduced to an absolutely new set of characters. Hope that this drama will live up to the name of Hospital Playlist.
