Because she is dubbed by another voice actor. The credit does include some voice actors for some small characters…
I personally assume it might be due to Lu Ting Yu's accent. She's a mainlander so she might have the different accent from Taiwanese people. Any folks watching C-dramas won't find this weird since C-dramas are dubbed all the time.
Liu Dong Qin also has a different accent but his voice remains intact, however.
