No, there's actually one more credit scene at the end where there's shown a time-skip and korea already got independence…
Let's hope for the best. 🫂

Netflix just confirmed that this series is gonna take place in bustling city Of Seoul, 2024. I guess, you've already seen the promotional photo of both actors. I never expected it would be 2024 and I'm confused how are they gonna bring back old supporting actors who were all connected in the first season lol. I'm really looking forward to it. This is gonna be awesome.

You can check the actual date when korea got independence. It was in 15 August, 1945. I'm sure season 1 was also in 90's since Japanese Colonial Rule was in that time period. Season 2 post credit scene started after they showed a scene of Korean War showed on T.V. which happened on 25th to 30th June, 1950. Later, they even showed the first rocket launch in Korea which happened in 2009, August. So, it is obvious that the time skip is way long. And You can even see the modern day Seoul from the window when Park Seo Joon opened it. Seoul was originally called Gyeonsong. So, I think I'm on the mark that we will see modern day action this time. I'm looking forward to it.

What sort of ending do you think S2 will have? Do you think Chae Ok will die or get killed by the end because…
No, there's actually one more credit scene at the end where there's shown a time-skip and korea already got independence which set in 2000's, I think.
A character named Ho Jae with similar face as Jang Taesan appears and the scene cuts there. I think we'll be seeing the series set in a new era of 60 years later, inside Seoul. (Since that was shown at the end as well.)
