Am I the only one? I am only on episode 5 and I see more chemistry and could see a relationship between the 2 MLs instead of any with the FL. She seems so annoying and childish as she steals things and hides behind the ML. I hope her character grows as the drama continues

Alright, I literally just finished Fight Breaks Sphere 2018, and am 20 mins in to episode 1 here. I think I've lost the plot. I just saw that MDL says there is a movie version of Fight Breaks Sphere 2023. Is this supposed to be the sequel to the movie then?

Because I'm not understanding why he's trying to get into an academy that he was already part of after the 3 year pact fight? Wasn't he just lying half dead in a cave at the end of the 2018 version? I'm so confused. I feel like I should stop watching and go watch a bunch of other movies first, so that the 2018 version is no longer fresh in my mind before I watch this.
