The storyline is pretty nice, nothing crazy but you can relate to both of the characters very well. The kiss scenes are a bit dry hence the criticism in the comments but it didn’t affect my watching. I don’t know if that will bother you but other than the kisses, the actresses do a good job of displaying a newlywed couple that are going through a rough patch.
Idk if this would be an unpopular opinion but I think that the casting director did a good job of choosing the actresses. Regardless of the majority saying they look too old to play high schoolers, I don’t think it’s particularly valid. These characters call for a level of mental maturity and experience that I do not think an actual teenage actress or actor could present.
The characters match the actresses beautifully and are faithful to the webtoon presentation.

It seems like this is going to be explored more. At the same time, the parents could have just given up(?) the dad was in the hospital and the mom or the new wife seems to be mentally depleted and tired as hell. Dahyun could pass for one with the right styling and minimal makeup but im not sure about jinyoung. He is a muscular guy and those muscles are defintely from time and hard work so I am not sure if he can pass as a high schooler like you said.!
