hahahah, his betrayals and backstabbing

yeah, some events didn't much explained

just finished this series, but damn the betrayal of that Sun Min Sik hahaha, what an expert on backstabbing, I'd say that this is totally worth it, although the ending feels rushed, they could have made another +1 episode to better view what happened to other characters after the villain was caught.

That slight is really slight though, Im at episode 10 the only moment they show that slight is when fl got stabbed by the psychopath, ml was just worried though, no romance dialogue yet

Sheesh, this is my first K-drama with a serial killer main character—if he really is one. In other dramas, they usually twist it in the end, and it turns out they're not actually the culprit.

i feel like there will be a love triangle in this series and Jiho will have the "second lead syndrome"

I had mixed feelings about the ending, but here’s the spoiler:
All along, Kang San was actually the deposed Lee Seol (aka Snowflake). His stepbrother Yoo Ha (aka Lee Geum) was later revealed, and it turned out that the one and only Watchman/secret guard was Shi Yeol.

Here’s what I really liked about the series:
Kang San’s realization that his stepbrother had more potential to be king—and his willingness to pass on both his name and the throne to Yoo Ha. With the support of their grandmother, he was finally able to fulfill Dan-oh’s wish for them to travel together. I also really appreciated Shi Yeol gaining his freedom after serving as Kang San’s Watchman/secret royal guard, and even getting to marry Dan-oh’s sister—despite the bloody past (he killed her former fiancé).

Also, for some reason, I really wanted the head eunuch dead—like seriously, f*** that guy.

Personal reason why I watched this:
I’ve been a fan of Ryeoun for a while now, especially after Twinkling Watermelon, so I decided to check out more of his dramas. And honestly, compared to his recent works, I saw a noticeable improvement in his acting—especially in his new drama Weak Hero Class 2.
