him being stuck in the novel for so long is such a bad plot, not only he wasted his whole life there just cause they have to make the FL his "saviour" him being some random dude would've been much better. But as always Chinese dramas have to make the ML's whole life revolve around the FL.

i LOVE their dynamic how they bicker and just joke around with each other i feel like nobody does that in romance dramas anymore, the ML treats the FL as his equal and not someone to be pampered and protected all the time (they protect each other equally and i just love that i hope that doesn't change) ā¤ļøš
