if i had a brother who wanted to force me to get married and completely disregarding what i want instead of what he wants, i wouldn't care about him either but i might be biased since i really dislike Ji han for now

i agree, he was really rude but i understand him, like imagine someone who keeps following and harrassing you despite throwing hints that you're not interested it can be really annoying and he's not really a bad person for that
usually i'm not into romance (especially chinese ones) but it's refreshing to see a fl who doesn't act like a child. Loving it so far i don't get the low rating
