i don't think they have. that's just my assumption, because the crew seems obsessed with the idea of blue and red representing 2 countries (and FL vs ML). I've seen other dramas' wedding scenes that didn't have red as the main color for wedding costumes (there's red elements on it but the main color was something else, maybe they will do the same here)
