Here the Once arrogant ML who only belov only curing patients at any cost slowly begins to respect patient's wishes and accept the fact that he is only doctor not God.
Were as FML who is still unable to move on from her Lover's death in middle East while rescue of a patient who was a terrorist. When her lover who is also a surgeon runns to bring equipment a bomb blast injures him severly he dies loss of blood she comes back to country to find her former BOYFRIEND'S roots as his last wish which was made a day before his death Unable to move on she also has same mind set as ML.
As they work together they slowly started fall for each other but every thing taks turn when FML resins from her current job at hospital and prepare to return to her former job at a foreign hospital because she has no able to move-on from her past relationship. As she leaves for airport suddenly an accident happens near her house and she returns to hospital for treat wounded people and she tries to call ML BUT for her surprise the last patient who was entered at the same time when she also entered ER was ML who went in burning building to rescue people but he caught in blast.
This makes her to realise her past mistakes and she decides stay to take care of him until he cures.
