Boring ever.

Series Review: Us

Us is a Girls’ Love series that, despite its hype and unexpected success, falls short in several areas. From the very first episode, the pacing feels painfully slow, making it difficult to stay engaged. The storyline revolves almost entirely around the main couple, leaving very little space for character development, plot progression, or attention to side characters. This narrow focus makes the show feel repetitive and uneventful.

The most disappointing part is how the series wasted its potential. With such a beautiful and soft aesthetic, it could have delivered something meaningful or emotionally gripping. But instead, it drags on with scenes that lack purpose and energy. Even the emotional moments fail to land because of how slowly everything unfolds. I found myself fast-forwarding through large parts of each episode, just to get through it—and that’s never a good sign.

The side couple, who could’ve brought some balance and excitement to the story, were barely given any screentime. Their interactions were too brief to create any real connection or depth. As a viewer, I was constantly waiting for something interesting to happen—but it never really did. The series simply didn’t have enough variety or drama to keep me hooked.

While I respect that some people loved Us and made it a success, I personally can’t understand the hype. It lacked the passion, depth, and pacing that make a romantic drama worth watching. I wouldn’t recommend this series to anyone looking for a captivating love story or emotional rollercoaster. Sadly, it’s one of those shows I won’t ever think about again.

Worth watching

I recently finished watching a GL series that completely captured my heart, and I can’t help but share how wonderful it was. From the very first episode to the emotional finale, this series delivered a touching and engaging story that kept me hooked throughout. The chemistry between the leads was so natural and heartwarming, making every scene feel genuine and beautifully intimate.

One of the strongest points of this series was its storyline. It wasn’t just about love, but also about understanding, growth, and the silent battles people fight within. The plot moved at a perfect pace, balancing romance, drama, and heartfelt moments so well. I found myself smiling, laughing, and even tearing up at times because of how deeply it pulled me in.

The acting was outstanding. Each character felt real and relatable, and the leads did an exceptional job portraying the subtle emotions of love, longing, and vulnerability. I also have to mention the OST — it was absolutely beautiful. The songs blended perfectly with the story’s mood, enhancing every scene’s emotion and leaving a lasting impression on me.

It’s bittersweet that the series has come to an end. I honestly didn’t want it to finish. It deserved every bit of the love and attention it received on YouTube, with views climbing high for good reason. I would wholeheartedly recommend this series to everyone. It’s a story worth experiencing and one that will stay in your heart long after the credits roll.

Mate" is a Thai GL series that starts off strong with a cute and engaging storyline, but unfortunately loses its charm as it progresses. Initially, I was obsessed with the chemistry and the potential of the plot, but as the series went on, it became repetitive and lacked excitement. While the story itself had promise, the execution felt underwhelming, making it hard to stay invested. The pacing dragged, and some scenes felt unnecessary. Despite its flaws, it had sweet moments and likable characters. Overall, it’s a decent watch but not outstanding. I’d rate it a 5/10.

It's calm that touch the heart

Review: The Whale Story (XOXO)**

*The Whale Story (XOXO)* is more than just a Thai GL series—it feels like a gentle reminder about life itself. While the story follows the bond between two women, what makes it stand out is the way it connects love, loss, growth, and healing to the rhythm of the sea. Watching it feels like sitting by the shore, listening to waves that bring both calmness and storms.

At its heart, the series teaches us that life is never one straight line. Sometimes we fall, sometimes we rise. Sometimes we face storms that test us, and sometimes we’re given moments of pure serenity. Through the characters’ journeys, the audience is shown how to endure, how to cherish, and how to carry on. The love portrayed is tender but also realistic—it isn’t about perfection, but about choosing each other despite the flaws, the distance, or the uncertainty of the future.

The cinematography, soft tones, and natural settings mirror the theme beautifully. You feel as though the ocean itself is a character, reflecting the emotions of the story. And then there’s the dialogue—simple yet layered with meaning. It doesn’t just speak about romance, but about living. *“Life has a beautiful way. Live it, learn it, fall for it, carry on.”* This essence is what lingers even after the final scene.

In the end, *The Whale Story (XOXO)* isn’t just about two people in love—it’s about reminding us that we only have one life. To live it fully. To embrace the lessons. To love deeply. And to carry on, no matter what waves come our way.

This is one of my fab series. I love everything in this series. The OST is sooo beautiful. I loved their acting, their chemistry. I really really liked it alot. I can't tell how many time I've rewatch this series. Even still I watch this series.
Abt the story, It's a very cute series. I loved every episode. The Top is so cold and stupid to close with karn. I really laughed alot at her. I mean, her behaviour was really soo cute and warming. Bedsides, I love when they were together. They're kinda bold and it was
embarrassing me alot, lol..
And honestly, I loved the friendship goal. They're so supportive to each other, they're hard workers and very loving. I felt a quit sad for jealousy 😅.
The OST was damn great. I loved the music alot lately. Besides, Their acting was awesome. But honestly I love them in real for more.
I can't expose I much I loved this series. I still feel soo warm whenever i remember this series. I already said I've rewatch it for a billion but still not enough. I loved " The secret of us, Apple, Ayaka is in love with hiroko. " I have watched million series but only them has taken my heart. I really loved this series. No matter what people say, I love this series. But It's a matter of regret that "Apple" is underrated. But to me It's my favorite.
I love this series. ❤️❤️

My fab series

This is the best gl I mean this is the best series I've ever watched. I really really appreciate the writer. Since the first ep I'm in love with this series . Doc.Falada is the romantic man who really takes a good care of her naughty girl.
It was funny when Lada was trying to knock out Earn from her life. Whatever Lada does only her love meets Earn. But I'm a little sad for Engfa she really did a lot for Earn. But It's good that she understood that Earn only belongs to Lada.
Their love, the chemistry, the care was very adorable. There was butterfly on my stomach whenever i saw those two loving each other.
I really love the story. Their acting deserve Oscar 😅 cuz they made the Series very much realistic. I really love the OST the background music. Tbh now I'm literally crying for the end. Hope we'll get more series of my fab couple,
LingOrm.❤️❤️

Review of Affair

The series Affair is a beautifully crafted drama with an engaging story and exceptional performances. The plot is deep and emotional, capturing the complexities of relationships, love, and personal struggles. Each character feels real, making the audience connect with their emotions.

One of the strongest aspects of Affair is the acting. The cast delivers outstanding performances, making every scene feel authentic. Their expressions, dialogue delivery, and chemistry add depth to the story. The OST "I'm Yours" is another highlight of the series. The song perfectly matches the show's tone, leaving a lasting impact.

However, the pacing of the series feels slow. Some episodes are quite dull, making the overall experience a bit heavy and emotionally draining. The melancholic atmosphere might not be enjoyable for everyone, as it can leave viewers feeling sad. Wan’s character, in particular, is heartbreaking. Her journey is so tragic that it’s hard not to feel deeply for her. She is a character that stays with you even after the show ends.

Despite its slow pace, Affair is a well-written, beautifully acted drama with strong emotional depth. If you enjoy serious, thought-provoking stories, this series is definitely worth watching.

First Bl

Well this is my first Bl and tbh this series diden't disappointed me at all. Well their acting was very good. But the side couple I think they're very dramatic and kinda over over. Tbh i really felt annoyed cuz of them.
The story was kinda good. Not that bad. I think the music made the series aesthetic.
I love the friend circle the most. They Were there when bottom main lead was at lowest. God wish could find some frnd like them.
Beside his family members were very Understanding. And open minded. I mean he liked a man but his family said nothing to him but were supporting him. It's really great to think abt it.
Overall this series is not that bad. Well honestly as It was my first bl i really like it alot.
