I think EH as HR likes JY as she hates that HO never prioritised her. HO is kind and nice to all. He is a giver. But JY is only kind to those who are close to him. EH wanted HO to prioritize her only. That's why her alter likes JY.

I think from the drama it is quite clear that Bong Hee is not respected enough. Cha rim seems to be pretentious and that sister-in-law is quite irresponsible and self-centered. I don't blame Mu rim though.
