No doubt drama is good plot and acting wise bt the chemistry between the leads has failed to attract me. I feel like the ML is more of a supporting character instead of the main lead. Although the drama has a romance genre too, I've seen very few romantic scenes. There are many hugging scenes in the drama but very few kissing scenes😜. However, it is a family and female-centric drama, perhaps that's why there are less romantic scenes. over all the story of the FL's family is beautifully portrayed.

The conversation between the mom and daughter in the last episode made cry loudly, while she said to her mom "I always feel warm and safe in your arm. Now I've grown up, i am your shelter. It's my turn to protect you". Yang Zhi

What did you expect? This is a family drama not the typical CEO employee romance drama.

This is a beautiful family drama, it shows how much you love your parents. The drama is so realistic for me because maybe sometimes we also face such situations in our lives. It beautifully shows how important family is in our lives, no matter how much conflict there is in the family but they are always dear to us. The FL's mother, I know what she did for the FL in the starting episode, really makes us angry but her intention was not bad actually.
She didn't want her daughter to have a life like she spent. But the way she forced her daughter to marry in a rich family was too annoying. Many people hate her character but like how she portrayed the character in the drama. So natural. Those who rated low score and who likes typical CEO Employee romance drama please stay away from this. it's not your type.

I got bored and dropped in 21 episode. Story is so draggy and no amazing or surprising here that makes me keep watching this drama. Sorry to say the story isn't interesting, lead acting just avarage. I like the ML only when he has the mask on otherwise he seems much older than the FL. FL looks very beautiful in costume but acting wise not so great.

That probably because He was happy thinking about each and every moment between them. He is deeply in love with her since it is his first time falling for someone. Anyone who falls in love for the first time will understand this feeling. But its not what you think it is.

I don't think so, because he said that her mother had washed all his clothes. And on the other hand she wanted to see his muscles. If they had done this, wouldn't she have seen his muscles already? Not that they were blindfolded while doing gullulu 🤣😂.

That's why I love her mother. Her character is so familiar to me. Drama is so realistic many people hate her bc of her behaviour towards the FL but those people who experienced such situations in their real life would probably not gonna hate her. I love this Drama and hope it deserves more love from the audience since it is a great drama. In China this drama already broke 30k heat index for 8 consecutive days and hopefully it would be popular also in global.

This drama broke 30k heat index for 7 consecutive days and still growing. According to the Maoyan data the drama is already on rank 1 of the list. I don't know why there is 7.9 rating on mydramalist. I think it deserves more since it is a hit and popular drama so far.

Right, i also drop this drama in 21 episode. I have watched only one of Zhang jingyi's drama which is lighter and Princess and I liked her acting there. But her acting here doesn't seem to have improved that much. Although she looks very beautiful in this costume drama, there is no fun in watching it if the acting and story are not good. I got bored and many of parts I skipped . And the ML, I don't know him very much since I haven't seen any of his drama before, his acting was so dull. I only like him when he has the mask on. I also don't like the chemistry between the leads. He look so much older than her
