I don't like most of the characters either. I'm liking the supporting characters more than the main leads. I like A Nu, Tang Yu, and Lin Juan Yuan.

I find myself fast-forwarding the romantic scenes between the main leads since I find them to have zero chemistry and absolutely boring together 🙁

I think she's very kind, gentle, and a bit quiet. Complete opposite of the 2nd FL and 3rd FL who are both headstrong and talkative. TBH, I'm liking the 2nd FL and 3FL more 😅 Her saying Xiao Yao gege all the time is annoying. It reminds me of Love and Redemption with the characters saying the name Sifeng a lot.

The 2005 version:
2. The ML regains his memory more than halfway through the drama.
3. The 2005 adaptation has a sad ending with some people dying.
