This is completely missing the mark as a mystery drama. The only reason I'm still watching it is because I loved the original Ice World. I watched it long ago, but I've found out that it's not available online with subtitles anymore. If anybody finds it, please watch it and share the link here so I can rewatch. It was a haunting mystery to its bones, the entire atmosphere of the drama was built that way. This is so lacklustre in comparison. They could've made this perfect, but they messed up in all ways.
I love that he's such a green flag. He's ruthless, calculating, and cunning on the battlefield, but also very kind and absolutely sweet to the people around him. He's constantly in awe of Simu's abilities, and isn't insecure about it. It's honestly refreshing to watch a male lead who's not a b*tch to the female lead at any point of time, but isn't boring or a pushover either.
P.S I just love how OP Simu is from the get-go, and doesn't have to magically find her powers in the middle or towards the end of the show. She's electrifying, and formidable, but also a just character which makes her the perfect main character.
I feel so bad for Minkyung. Everyone is making her the villain. Nine years is not a short time at all and Yoosik has done her wrong so many times during their relationship as well as on the show. I wish she'd get over this man, not for his sake but solely for hers.
I think Hyeonji is a very good person and she definitely deserves somebody better than both her exes and Yoosik.
Jiyeon should walk out single. Woojin is totally crazy and a textbook asshole while Wonkyu is also an asshole that's still hung up over his ex.
This brings to the next case, Jihyeon. No man here is good enough for her especially not her tactless ex.
Lastly, Yunnyeong is super chill and everything. Baekhyun is lowkey still crazy about Hyeonji and that's so wrong towards Yunnyeong.
