Ikr I don't understand why he decide to do the things he did. I don't think he realize that he is making such a bad decision on a national broadcast tv show. Idk, I even think he is "proud" for cutting off with his previous love interest. Man is announcing to everyone in that house multiple times that one of them even pointed out "if you are really sincere, then there is no reason for saying all those things" and it's true. In my eyes he is just a very very very immature person (ironic that he is one of the oldest in the group). While his partner (idk if they're together) is a very very very defensive person. She has a tendency of saying things to make herself "better" rather than being honest. Too bad that viewer can see through their facade easily. Their sibling which they "self-claimed" raised are much better and mature imo. I've never dislike a character sm from a dating show.

Exactly this. Basically everyone knows that question is so wrong (not just the viewer), but the way her own brother let her asked that question really show his character. To me it feels like YW is using that question to make JH feels guilty for rejecting JY. I'm honestly thankful to the PD for not cutting that part out.

Nah, it could be that he want to cut his hair in the first place, it is a tv show anyway. Taking care of his appearance is a good thing for him, especially for a model. Tbh, I personally think his attraction for JW is real, but not deep enough as to get into emotional turmoil like others did. So he is just leisurely enjoying his time there atm. Understandable though, you can't force someone's feeling just because they are the only one available, as he would meet more people outside the show anyway.
On a rather casual note, Cheolhyun is the real winner lmao. Man just got back from one of the most expensive date he would ever experience the day before, enjoying his time exercising, swimming, and don't even need to worry about foods! (Yoonjae to the rescue!!) He is on a freakin holiday in the middle of a war that the others go through 😂 He is probably just there to accompany and (hopefully protect) his Choa noona, love him! 😂❤️
This ep was honestly, a mess. It was just last episode I'm celebrating for JH love life and progress but now this happens.. If we are believing on the editing, it is shown that JW starts to think twice about her decision after what YW said in the room. I notice there was a shift of attitudes in JW since the morning (quite different from the day and night before), which I'm pretty sure JH felt too bcs he doesn't seems as spirited as their first date (probably to respect JW calmness as well). While I don't know whether it's just in her "work habits", but the talks about JH being the "left out member" if he is an idol feels quite uncomfortable for me (edit: I'm thinking this could be a problem with editing too). Other than that, I feel like there is something that the editors are hiding bcs the part on ferris-wheel, was mostly on JW's pov. There must be a reason why JH was so quiet on that whole ride (except bc for the staffs around, I mean even if there are staffs around aren't they usually talks about casual things?). Seeing how JH is sooo visibly drained out (even to the others), I feel like there must be a clear reason.

Okay since we are getting to the end of the show, I kind of want to share my perspective as someone who has been rooting for Jaehyung from the start. This gonna be a veeeeery long one bc I've been keeping this from episode one.
Before that, I've watch so many dating show since I discovered Heart Signal 2 and that was like 6 years ago. I've come to learn that these shows has a distinct habit of editing stuff to make things more interesting. That's why I don't really have any bad feelings toward any contestants just because of things shown on tv, I would probably just say, "man they are so shitty at romance". But it's not like romance is our whole personality, right? How the previous contestants (like Gyumin or Heedoo) behave after the show proves that.
Okay so back to Jaehyung. When I first decide to watch this, tbh I have no expectations about anything. That's why I was shocked when he first came in, bc he is sooo my type 😭 I love how he interacted with everyone, especially w Seseung. I also have an older brother, but I admire how they can balanced out between being the 'normal bickering siblings' while still being so caring about eo. I can't even open up with my brother lol.
So I was rooting for JH on every dates he goes on. On the first date when he was with YH, I thought it was quite a nice date despite not being shown much. I like the subtle similarities they share, like how JH is interested in musical stuffs. So I was rooting for them for quite a while even after his date with JY. I think JY is sooo mature for her age. I like that she doesn't ultimately hate on JH just bc he doesn't like her back. It is a shame but even I do not see their chemistry compare to with YH :( But I appreciate that she is not shy to show her feelings which makes JH starting to consider her seriously. Though sadly, nothing much change. Up till here, I was disappointed bc I feel like he is not going to end up with anyone (means I can't see him on a fluttering date with anyone!! 😔)

Agree, it doesn't makes sense to me that people are saying things that JW doesn't like JH that much when it's been shown so much how attracted she is with him even before their first date. Also, they both said that they can feel their feelings connected, that's why it's easier for them to develop the relationship despite not much spending time together. I feel like most of those comments come from people who are in denial bcs their ship doesn't sail (my opinion).
About ep 10. I really love this show but man the pacing is so slow that it's frustrating. Prev ep and teaser brings me so much excitement bcs I thought we're finally gonna see some romance development in singapore date the whole episode, but nah they even had just start departing nearing the end of the ep.
I understand JW-YJ situation and their conflict but is it really something that needs to be shown for so long? And it makes me feel uncomfortable that they keep showing the panelists criticizing YJ even for non-related thing like fixing the board on flower shop. The backhanded compliments for the way YJ was making effort for YH. Idk but the way they tried to put JW-YJ conflicts scenes to make the episode longer just puts me off because it makes people jumping into conclusion and hate one of the two, like JW on that karaoke preparation and YJ in this episode. They could've shown they're fighting, JW is hurt that YJ isn't showing enough attention to her, YJ doesn't understand why JW is hurting bcs she usually doesn't opens up to him, and hope they could improve their relationship, that's it. But naaah, they keep drag and dragging it to lengthen the episode.
God, honestly it was uncomfortable for me as someone who has a big brother, I've had lots of big fights, lots of time hurting eo, but that's that. It's not like I'm instantly hating him and categorizing him as a bad guy. I'd hate my big bro being misunderstood like that, maybe that's why I'm not liking this episode so much (except for JHxJW development).
what i think of ep 9 - this ep was refreshing bcs we finally got to see more of what ss thinking, she is not the obsessed stupid girl some ppl think she is. it is natural to feel deeply attracted when you've basically chosen eo and exchanging gifts so early. and she objectively realize that too. - i can't tell whether it's the editing or js not being entirely truthful when he talked with ss. taking this program seriously by getting to know everyone does makes sense, but from prev eps we know that the reason he was having a hard time in gapyeong bcs he was attracted to ca from the start. so his explanation to ss's question feels more like an excuse to me. (I can't hate the guy tho, i just think he is quite foolish in love department, but I love his sweet interaction with his sister lol) - jh eyes in sg date spoiler looks so sweet, i hope he finally meets someone he likes. it doesn't look like he is interested in jy sadly, for me he fits jw more. hope he finally got a chance to date jw. - yj deserve more appreciation lmao he is such a puppy 😂 i love that he doesn't think much of the age gap and still going for yh, wishing the best for them! - ca and yw full day date next ep finally!! can't wait to see how it will go, they look like a couple already honestly 😂❤️
