can you spoil me the drama? like who are the couples and what the ending is
sure, Heesu ends up together with Seungwon, and his original crush Chanyeong ends up together with a girl he falls for. Heesu and Chanyeong stay friends and the four of them get along really well. many consider Chanyeing homophobic, because he first freaks out when he learns that his best friend has been in love with him for years, but I don't think he freaked out due to homophobia, I had a male friend once react the same way to learning me liking him. but later they talk and patch things up very easily, Chanyeong really loves his friend, but only as a friend. he even supports his relationship with Seungwon. There is no kiss, no date between the male couple, but it's due to the story being about Heesu's coming to terms with his sexuality and coming out, and the story ends with their relationship just starting. coming of age coming out drama, nothing "special" or "new" but I loved and enjoyed it. many don't, and that's fine. to me it simply felt fresh, sometimes funny, sometimes said, slice of life series
Most here would agree that the acting was great, and so was the OST, not so much the storyline. its also good…
I do get the disappointment, I promise. when I said haters can hate, it was not aimed at those who were disappointed, but at those, who were disappointed and kept being rude to those who enjoyed it, telling them how wrong they are etc.
to me chanyoung did not come across as homophobic at all, he came across as a young guy who deeply loved his friend, but never considered him more than a friend, and was hit in the face out of blue, that that friend liked him in a romantic way.
I once told a guy I liked that I liked him, and we were close friends, really close ones, and he also actually walked out too, and I am a girl. later, once he calmed and arranged his thoughts, we talked. so I totally saw that as a typical guy reaction to a close friend they never considered more than a friend confessing to them, and nothing to do with homophobia. if this makes sense :)
to me it was a wholesome, simple coming of age, coming to terms with sexuality story, that is why I am happy I did not read the manwha.

OMG think freely whatever you want, just leave me be and happy with my own enjoyment of whatever I enjoy.
this is not about free thinking, this is about you thinking that your opinion matters everywhere and you also HAVE to share it. now please go and try to look for me challenging the opinions (TASTES) of those who did not like the drama.
I don't need you to like this drama, I don't need ANYONE to like this drama, I don't want to challenge your opinion, I want to be left alone with MINE.
tastes differ, and people not accepting this is the problem. do not question my tastes, because these are MINE only, and I don't question yours.
the types of people like you are only good at ruining experiences for others, because you are entitled enough to think, that your opinion matters more than other people's and you have this URGE to rub it in their faces every chance you got.
bruh, if I don't like something, I move on, you don't see me giving holier than thou opinions to others whose tastes don't match mine.
and I beg, please do not reply to this, because I think I said everything and more, and even if you do, I'll ignore it. take this as my free thinking. have a nice life

and I do not need dramas to "stand out" all the effin time, sometime I am simply looking for something entertaining, easy to watch and to enjoy.
and yes we probably have different definitions about cute, but if that's really okay for you, I don't even understand why you replied to me.
IF in your opinion having different tastes is OKAY, this was pointless. I am VERY sure you left your honest and scathing opinion about this drama in the comments section, probably did a review too, and I am also sure you replied to probably the MAJORITY of people here with the who dared to like this drama.
you doing this feels like you are actually trying to convince me to either change my mind, or you are simply telling me, that I have horrible tastes. well, I can promise you now, my mind is not changed, AND I am ok with you thinking I have horrible tastes.
you can now move on, I noted that you hate the drama and my opinion, mission accomplished.
I am so happy that I haven't read the manwha, I LOVED this drama!!! absolutely wholesome, amazing and cute slow burn... the acting was amazing, the OST was really good too, and I LOVED that it had 10 full episodes, not just short 15-20 minute ones, but full 40+ minute / episode. Loved the slow burn, how REAL the ML's struggles with his sexuality felt, his coming out, his bravery and all that... haters can hate whatever, I personally loved it and am happy I gave it a go
on season1 ep24 - why does it feel like Xiang Liu is Xiao Yao's soulmate??? like they belong together (I know it won't happen, because a YT short spoiled the ending for me but still)...
FL and 2FL are poorly written. i wrote a comment ranting about it back when the drama was still airing 🫠especially…
omg Susu was my favorite too, I almost stopped watching when she died... the ONLY loveable female character, and they kill her off, I was ready to throw stuff
I love this drama so far (18 eps in), but it's mainly due to the MLs... the FLs are so effin irritating, that…
ok for real... are they doing this on purpose??? EVERY female character makes me want to stab them in the eye. ffs who in the hell hates women this much... director? author? those bodyguard / servant b*tches really really make me want to stop watching, wdym you offer ANY opinion to your princess and tell them what to do and who to do with without being asked??? AND repeatedly insult her partner??? Ah Shu better step up her game, she already is on the undeserving side when it comes to Yuan Mo
I love this drama so far (18 eps in), but it's mainly due to the MLs... the FLs are so effin irritating, that sometimes I need to fast forward their stupidity. And every time it looks like they do something redeeming, the next minute they're back to being dumb morons. Like, I REALLY love smart and witty FLs, but these are not that. There are two exceptionally DUMB and primitive beings who think they're being oh so smart -_- whoever wrote the characters made sure these girls are impossible to like...
ikr??? that's what I mostly love about JBLs, that their stories are so unique and unusual, no other country depicts relationships like them. I know many westerners don't like them too much, because of no or barely any kissing etc, but tbh I don't care either way. I am here for storytelling and that unique essence only Japanese stories have.
OMG FINALLY SOMEONE ELSE WHO UNDERSTANDS I MAY CRY!!! their love story is so effin CUTE like the weirdo and the weirdo find each other... they just different kind of weird, really, and Kiyoi NEVER bullied Hira (or anyone else), I will fight anyone who says otherwise!!! Best JBL ever

I salute you, my friend, I salute you for what you did here 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I knew after watching today's episode what the comments section here was going to look like... They don't HAVE…
I just started watching, so I am nowhere near ep6 but I can already agree... pervs only watching BL for explicit content, but I don't care about it tbh... if there is, good. if not? also good. not every story needs NC and kissing and whatnot. you can spot a BL perv by comments like the ones accusing the actors of being uncomfortable or homophobic for not kissing or doing NC scenes, not even thinking that it may be the director's choice whatsoever. those who are only in for kiss / s*x scenes should just go and watch p*rn. end of story.
ooooh, he was... I enjoy this acting so much! and I love it how he is not over the top, his movements and expressions are natural and flawless... his tone is also natural, he doesn't sound like he is reading a textbook. I really hope he is going to get more roles after this. SuperB actor.
started to watch this for Earth and Bas, but defo sticking around for Maxky... Johan so far is my absolute favorite with his b*tchfaces and devil may care attitude. iconic, I hope they keep his quirkiness even after he falls in love, because I get a huge kick out of it, and he keeps making me laugh
I really just want to punch Maya... seriously... the audacity of calling Taichi arrogant two seconds after she made that arrogant comment about Taichi's friend just by looking at him...
also, I am so tired of fetishist BL fans always whining that there is no sex or real kiss, ffs I don't need these I enjoy their story, if you want adult content go and watch porn ffs... gay porn is a thing and you'll see real action. pervs.
