However in ep 40, she knows the father of her 2nd child died, Ye Ashi doesn't have anyone but she still decided and went back to the palace. She doesn't even want to stay for her child. Thats not a loving mother, it's a selfish mother.

It depends with audiences perspectives. For me, i will blame Wen Jun. She knows when she is going back to palace, she will not able to come back. And she still go. Ep 40, it's confirmed that she is a selfish person. She able to go outside again but she choose to go and left her son (knowing that the father of the son already died) Is that what loving mother does? She is just selfish and do whatever she feels right. Even her right hand man, is disappointed with her. If you want ep 40, you can see it

I agreed. Terrible production and editing team. I feel YDZ has more highlights than the main character and even the fighting scenes! He has way more scene than the main one. I dont hate YDZ actor but this is an insult to Neo.. first biller of the drama but got cut of alots and make him as a support role. I am so angry. The audacity.
