i understand. we prolly see it at different perspective. i hope in the future HMH can land a big and good project. i believe he will one day. soon or later

ya i never understand director’s thought process. they cast him as a first biller, they should have utilise his acting, skill, star power to make drama successful. but they decided to sideline him. for example LITC, they did a good job to make him shine in the drama, eventho The platform did a dirty trick to LiTC, the drama did so well. and its a win win situation for everybody, the production, the actor and actress. so i will never understand why the production team want to side line their own main star.

I won’t say Glory is a bad script, this drama has a lot of potential, same goes with his character. it just that too bad they nerf his character so hard toward the end. i dont understand the part where they didnt make RSB and LJL work together, instead they making RSB solve everything and deficit his purposes as Magistrate Lu. honestly it does not make sense at all. well i have alot more complaints but i still gonna miss his character as LJL. the character has alot of dimension. so i understand why he picked this script.

I completely agreed with you. these people campaigning in MDL page, creating negative vibe with zero outcome and solution to the problem. they are not solving the problem, they are just creating a drama. they dont even care about actress well being at all. i kept telling people, if they want to boikot, go to the right channel instead

just completed the series. overall I love the ending, I wish the happy ending scene is longer but thats fine. Lu Jiang lai looks most happy in Linji so i totally understand why he decided to come back with her. he can protect Linji while Rong shan bao becoming the tea king. For me its a good ending.

of course the storyline couldve be better, its a pity that we didnt see LJL and RSB solving the case together because they could have show power couple, but its Yuzheng. not a surprise. kinda unbalance, i wish to see more magistrate lu..

Overall, i love the cast especially HMH, i will miss his character as Lu jiang lai. because of this character i get to see him being shameless and cute 😂 great cast.

maybe thats the time he had stomach problem. i think he just finished his surgery and it didnt recover properly. he went to hospital after wrap up. he cant even stand properly 😭

Agreed, they should have made LJL and RSB work together instead of her working solo. It does not make sense they put LJL at the side line, like a supporting role. what nonsense is this. Yeah i really hope the capital arc will save the drama, (I hope they make LJL as the highlight, if they show another rong drama, im gonna flip the table, 3/4 of drama is about them, its time to wrap up LMAO

I dont understand why this keep happening to HMH. He is a great actor, everyone watching this drama because of HMH. Not some supporting actor/actress or being sidelined by other characters. Why is it so hard for production to see this. He is first biller for God Sake! by putting him at sideline its like hurting their own drama. The data even gone down yesterday, i believe audience is getting tired with Rong Family drama and i believe everyone cant wait we move to capital arc, Its so obvious people watching this drama mostly because of him. Yu zheng Yu zheng, what a waste.

well i guess we have different opinion. for me there are intense chemistry between RSB and LJL. i can feel it from their expression and eyes. he has good chemistry with his co star in LITC, BFTB. for me ZLH, i cant feel his chemistry with anyone, arthur i like him at recent project. so i guess all of us has different preferences

I believe that this case is very important to emperor because he probably know there are alot corrupted official involve in this case, including higher up ranking. So Lu Jiang Lai prolly given a task to capture all corrupted official. Since you are at ep 20, so i wont spoiled much, but Prefect Xu is just a beginning (first corrupted official being punished), there are more official involve in this case, Im not suprised even higher ranking people such as empress dowager might be involved. We'll see. We are yet to reach capital arch.

because he is not a servant. Every Rong Servant has some kind of agreement document to show that they are Rong's servant while he is more like a guest. He worked as servant because Rong Shan Bao purposely made him as one. (She knows that he is magistrate Lu).

Why everyone else accepting him? No one really accept him but they forced to accept it because of Rong Shan Bao. No one can really say a thing to her.

That was his initial plan. He knew the corrupted officials were trying to harm him, so him being assassinated by one of his own guys was real. BUT he used the assassination to his own advantage meaning he became the bait for the corrupted officials in order to solve the case in the dark, while his advisor would become the next magistrate.

In order to find Madam Yang, he purposely fell onto the path that Rong always uses. He gambled that someone from the Rong family would save him and bring him back to the Rong household. But fate had a different plan for him he really got amnesia after his head bumped into a rock.

That’s why after he recovers his memory in Ep 12, he said things had become complicated, because he developed real feelings for Rong Shanbao. In his initial plan, he never intended to fall in love, because in his mind, solving the case was the priority.
