well unfortunately they squeezed 5 vol novel into 10 eps. there is a proper build up, connection and explanation of all the cases - their fathers, obygyn, husband and the dealer. Plus there are additional characters that were not mentioned/introduced in the drama due to time constraint :(

Btw, the preview for ep 8 seems to correspond with ch57-58 of the novel, which is right before Chaeha and Taeseon…
but im gonna say, taking into account the source is over 200 chapters - they are doing pretty good with picking up plots part to fit the media as drama needs its twiks to work specially with the fact they have just 10 short eps
