That MDL score did not lie, those 2 episodes were the best start I've seen so far. ♥️
the fact that this is going to turn a 180 and get dark makes me excited how things will shift starting Ep 3. These 2 episodes gives a "calm before the storm" vibes.
Watched Blue Boys before this, how the hell did that sweet guy asking what perfume you used turn out to be this dick who sleeps around (with a marriage on the way mind you)?! 😅
Ji Woon deserves better. That conversation on his head was so good, ngl I really thought that's what's happened.
Damn! Can't watch this without earphones on.This series has been blessing me with the loud kisses and sensual…
Finished! I was genuinely scared with the last minute "what if" like can we just get to the happily ever after already?! 😅
Overall a decent watch, some questionable parts in the later episodes but the story somewhat held enough to get to the end. If I had to point out one thing though, I feel like the teenage versions of themselves should've been reversed. I just can't see how that teen Iljo became the present one we had. Would've made sense with the other actor though.
I wouldn't mind an NC scene the same level we had in the first 2 episodes you know just to top if all off.
This series has been blessing me with the loud kisses and sensual moaning but if I let my roommates hear these sounds they'll think i'm watching p*rn 😅
Still on Ep. 2, story is OK so far. Production could've been better but what i'm seeing here is just right on the level I expect.
Just started this one and one thing that caught my eye is that apartment complex. Somehow it made me feel happy seeing it more lively than how I saw it first with More Than Words ♥️
For the sh*t storm he caused, Maya should've gotten a way worse ending than that.
But overall I love this, the characters, their storylines, it's just so raw and sad. Makes you think how much more of stories like this are happening in the dark. I'm glad they had the ending they deserved (and fought for).
Episode 4 was a hard watch that one caught me by surprise esp. with the CA aspect of it but I know it had to be shown otherwise we wouldn't understand how f'd up Haoren's upbringing was.
Just finished watching this one and I guess it's not that bad. They just didn't have that much time to explain the whole time-travel lore while maintaining the romance aspect of the whole series. But I would say:
The Ep8 visit to the columbarium was UNNECESSARY.
Him calling Taejun and getting no response was like ok maybe he really did fail back then after all the efforts. Then him not seeing Woojin at his old house could've been like "ok maybe he's just not staying there anymore" but what gave the ending away was that visit to see his ashes. It could've stayed a mystery until he saw him in the exhibit and that could've made the reunion more impactful.
And I just wished that ended in a "how are you doing?" and a HUG. But that's just me.
Think i might just put this on hold for now until all episodes go up. Just saw in the comments how it's going to end and i'm not sure that's my cup of tea. But i'm on Ep4 now and so far it's been fun 😊😊
i'm sorry but i don't like that whole scene with the 2nd couple. It just felt rushed, didn't make sense and just didn't fit the vibe of the whole series.
And then the preview for next week was a cute moment for the main cp, like the disconnect between the 2 cp is very evident atp.
they toned down the kissing on this one (not hating it, but just sayin')

They were destined to be together anyways. ♥️

Overall it's a good watch either way.
