Additionally, iQIYI's dramas haven't performed well this year, so viewers on the platform might have lost interest in watching iQIYI's contents.
Chinese viewers tend to prefer big IP costume dramas over modern idol dramas, even TWOT features war themes, they still consider as the Modern Idol Drama anyway. The top-rated costume dramas consistently lead in popularity including the reservation numbers.
