Typically, accounts for Chinese stars are managed by their agencies . I doubt his agency would manage it for him lol. He has lots of fans on various platforms outside China, and the internet is still accessible. He probably knows he's popular internationally. But he's humble, and since his agency doesn't seem interested in using his international fanbase to benefit him, I don't expect to see much of his content on other platforms. 😞
