I joined Weibo last week to follow WXY. Suddenly, after the show ended , there was so much controversy about him. Assuming they are all untrue, how badly do you guys think his image will be affected? It's quite sad to see such a promosing young actor being violently attacked online.

Yes. Ye Shijie becomes interested in FL..but FL's heart only belongs to the ML, so no worries there. I personally dont think SML syndrome is an issue cos we dont get many scenes between YSJ and the FL. I just feel a bit of pity for him since it is an impossible crush.

In a way, but the ML and FL's separate revenge missions start converging and they come to support each other because of their mutual love and respect.

It's all very subtle...the mutual attraction starts becoming more obvious from Episode 16/17

They're releasing 6 episodes af a time. The next dates shown are 4,9,11 and 16 July. The total number episodes indicated is 30!

So many of the costume drama characters are so young and they cant always be played by actual young actresses, so I just imagine them to be the equivalent age for modern romances (in their mid-20s)

Anyway, yeah, they shouldnt have released that clip cos it causes misunderstanding abt the ending. To me, though, they chose the happy ending and I will just take it as that.

U should watch this LYQ interview about his SYR character! He really understood the character so well and was able to convey it through his acting

At the beginning, Shen Yurong her b@stard ex-husband helped to protect her secret by denying she's XFF. He was still in love with her and wanted to protect her. Even Jiang Li's dad ended up helping to protect her secret identity for various reasons tome and again.

I really enjoyed his character analysis..also, it wss interesting to hear how him and WJY practiced for some time to get into character before the filming started. E.g. by just staring into each others' eyes.
