Not really sure about your take, but she definitely was not smiling 100% of the time. I think she conveyed a wide range of emotions really well, despite her character being happy bundle of fluff as XRR.

Can somewhere explain why there would be occasionally flashes of lightening whenever shifu & ranran interacts…
For the beginning part, reforging the Master-Disciple bond where one swaps places with their shifu goes against the natural order of things and so this is reflected in nature. Only SYS would dare to do this!

How is this soooo good?! Been following this since filming and not disappointed. Both leads doing a great job. Everyone is talking about Deng Wei, but Julia is so pretty too. She was gorgeous in Forever Love. The pacing is perfect so far, something rare these days. Glad to be here in the comment section with you all. <3
