i watched this drama last night, right when it aired on tvN and Netflix with subs, and honestly… the first episode wasn’t that interesting.
carrying the hospital playlist name really made me expect a lot, but to be real, this isn’t even on the same level as hospital playlist season 1 episode 1.
the comedy in the opening scene didn’t land for me at all. it felt dry and not funny whatsoever.
the portrayal of the 4 main characters was pretty decent tho. i like how they feel super relatable to real life today.
so yeah, ep 1 was okay, but if you’re coming from hospital playlist expecting something just as good or even more wow… i’m telling you now to lower your expectations.
as much as i love this drama, i hope they will give oh yunjin (the female lead) a very good character development. it's already 6 episodes but her character is so weak. jeon mido is so good portraying oh yunjin with her microexpressions and her good diction and realistic look but i can't even see her??? i mean when kwon yul, kyeong nam and even jung yoomin appears always leave something to viewers, but i cant find viewers remember something about her character?? i hope the writer will do justice to her bcs jeon mido is so good at acting. this isn't fair for her 😭

the fl name is Oh Yunjin btw, the reason why she being kidnapped bc she keep investigating the Mold company (cmiiw) and they took her to taejin, give her some amount of money and tell her to recover it or maybe not to post about it or to stop investigating but she declined their requests and said she would expose it (you can see this scene in the video teaser) and after that taejin might get mad and strangled her (this scene also on video teaser) and jaekyung will come and save her bc joosong called him.
