From my perspective, it's about how she acts and speaks, I doubt that's her real voice or mannerism in real life, it's feels unauthentic, forced and cringe, I believe it's a choice, which can be unchosen, look at ski in love for example, no one that wasn't a die hard fan of ester would enjoy that garbage, and the story was quite grounded, I made it to ep 6 lol, so I think some people's frustration is that she's making this harder than it needs to be, speed and love is different even, in this one she's a little bit normal, at least in ep 1

Her personality and voice in love games and eastern fantasy, love between fairy and devil, moonlight, romance of the little forest and ski into love are the same, these are the ones I've tried to watch, I'm sure there are gazillion others, the voice is like someone scrapping iron right in your ear

This is not bad at all, ep1 was great, Esther yu is also different here, the annoying voice and cute personality is tonned down alot. ML is great as well, let's pray they keep up the pace lol, cause this might be peak.

Ep 1 was really good, let's hope they keep up the pace

I feel like they didn't really establish ms Lin's back story well, I just finished ep 7. Bear with me now, 🙏
Ms lin was the smaller fiend in that forest, when they were caught they wanted to focus on the bigger one, but they ended up neglecting ms lin which she took advantage of and acted very humanely (whatever that may be) sneaking and biting off the other guys leg, even though fiends have no facial expressions, the way it looked at the leader of the hunters before running off traumatised him, making him have terrible dreams of what the world could turn into if those fiends can mimic humans, this can explain why the bigger fiend was caught, but it turns out ms lin was kinda special. I kinda rushed through this, but I think it makes sense.

I think the problem here is that ploy fell in love with her more, it's like when someone that is used to treating others badly, gets treated badly, they get more pissed off.
She is the player, but now the one she's playing is ditching her last minute to go do something else, and the worst part is that she feels hurt. It's just poorly shown in this series

The fight scenes are also very grounded and choreographed, not much flying around, no funny fight scene like in relics of ill omen

I wasn't aware of the age gap, i also noticed this in poisonous love, one the actress is 19 i believe, i don't understand the thought process behind it.

Isn't it crazy how newer studios with fairly new or unpopular actresses better make GLs? Love design, roller coaster, player and now this masterpiece. It has it's problem but if this goes well, it might be the best gl Thailand will see in years to come.

Bothered me as well, they could have had her exit the bathroom later, so when she grabs her bag the police is already present, the phone call with the boyfriend was unnecessary, i also think the skipped the trial process maybe they will show it later, the synopsis states that her lawyer told her to admit her crime, there should be a scene for it.
