I had to agree with you, and sometimes they try push the romance to look sweet and make it look awkward even in term of makeup. But some Custome Cdrama were fun. Early this year I watch Cdrama call reset in Netflix its good for 15episode drama. Other Cdrama either I skip a lot or just drop in the middle... and the actor of XS (Gong Jun) were very good not only deliver dialogue naturally but the way his eyes and expression.

I hope it show a good rating, as I'm not familiar with Cdrama rating. I watch Cdrama but for fun having expectation or to condemn. But this RWTW the best Cdrama I came cross.

I will hate XS if he telling everyone about the plan Aneda TY plan but I do not think it was XS who told everyone about Aneda buying share or merge with TY. Everyone knows from others, like Yu Shue who come cross with it while deliver TY report to Baoxing and even she asks directly to XS, he never talked directly about it. He just asks YS opinion if that happen as YS is experience CFO.

For XZY know about it as Aneda director told her and propose her to work with Aneda as designer if the merge happen. He already plans for other alternative to make JH run TY the way she one it and at same time will not affect Baoxing as investor company and same goes with the client. That why Aneda CEO , Baoxing management being pressure XS to push the merge but XS being delay it. Among XS plan is by having other company that have the same prospect as TY which is HotFly a german based company, but it will not be easy as it going to take more than day and sometimes months. and there no guaranty that the company will agree. So, another plan is for Aneda letting JH manage TY the way she wants which include TY's team that JY recruit.

XS return TY to JH is not to proof he change; he will always be XS an investor who his goal for win-win solution between investor and entrepreneur. But he indeed had become better, like he told JH, the reason why he became investor cause he also looking for answer between financial investor with the business when JH ask why he not follow his father mother step. But when he with JH, he able to see something that before this he thinks it is stupid action. Like holding on a company that actually do better by selling (easy plan and take less time), but now he understands more why this small business scarified so much to make the company survive. He will not be able to make miracle and make the company on top, but he can help with his connection and others plan.

XS return TY to JH as he just wants to fulfill his promises to JH. So even XS don't buy TY share he will find a way for TY to be run as JH want cause for XS what important to him always JH not TY.

JH will somehow come cross the truth about how XS try to save TY does not like she accuse him even WGL not fully told the truth to her. I'm sure among the industry this two had become talk of the town, like how Aneda's CEO asking about it during negotiation (where XS give TnC if him (Baoxing) agree with the merge). JH is cleaver girl if she put aside her hot head and emotional and think rationally. But that JH, a fire girl and can-do thing so crazy and she can't change it. But when with XS , she became better, she no longer run things base on emotional and merely feeling but she learns to step back moments to find the right solution.

Like XS's aunty said about understanding scarified in business also apply in relationship. Thus, even she knows her niece love JH and always love her and so does JH , she asks JH to give time for both of them. It's like telling if you both were both were meant to be it, they will find way.

Since there no confirmation the time gap, I will stick to 1/2 - 1 years. Cause we never saw TY new location. WGL mention JH just came back again to TY and JH's uncle mention everything is TY and CF mention when will JH bring CF's team and told whenever JH be, CF always be with her. So, I assume the that place where location of TY that pick up by XS. Along with TY old company still not fully develop. Kid also still in school and some said dog training up from 1/2 - 2 years. Only special dog who going to special unit (like police dog) will be up to 5 years.

and XS attempts more than once asking JH to cook for him. And another typical ML will know how to cook but he just level up 1 stage compare to JH.

I love how when JH meet XS 's aunty, typical situation will beg the girl to catch the guy. But nope his aunty calmly explains how they always worries and how XS change to a better person. And the way she advices her. She not push her rather lets JH take time.

For me, during their promotion at Lidu deparment where Xu Si let's Jiang shine and proud of it. I really think he had plan and will never sell TY. When Xu Si want to see Xu Feng, his mother pretends to be sick, and he immediately know about it and immediately hold to sell Xu Feng and even helping his mom to increase production. That show how Xu Si can still considerate the plan.

But because they keep show Xu Si concern and other concern for Xu Si to tell Jiang Hu, I forget about the moment, and I defend Xu Si with he wants to sell or merge TY so Jiang Hu had less work, so she doesn't fall sick. Yet when I know at the end he already plans even before he starts deciding to be in relationship with JH make me clap. The writer really good at making roller coaster...

and after reading the novel, even its hard to fully understand as I just use google translate but the idea is there so in the Novel it had more classic makjang drama. So, I'm glad the writer does not apply 100% like the novel and focus on the way both Xu Si and JIang Hu in their works. I prefer the drama conflict. Although I think Jiang Hu feeling betray and for her to know take time and can actually solve fast but its actually good for the drama so people stay on the ride till the end.

I already miss them and currently rewatch from episode 1, now after up and down and dramatic breakup. I want Jiang Hu to finally answer Xu Si casual proposal way before. Image while having dinner at their fav restaurant and drink milk tea, Xu Si being Xu Si put food on JH plate and suddenly she told 'I'm ready now..' which XS will question her. and she will answer 'to mary you..'

I just watch random Cdrama as I'm in mood so I not really know the actor..But this actor (XS) were such brilliant actor I love the chemistry and synergy of him and actress (JH)..Never know he had anti cause I some of his variety show? or bts where he just naturally fun..No wonder there people giving 1.0 for rating when they just watch 1 episode or less

Agree with you, you explain better. That why I don't understand with the hate towards XS. Maybe the so use with ML character who with just one word can own the world. From early of the drama XS is a thinker. It's just JH having hurt so much by her people after being spoil as princess, she so trauma with GY and afraid XS is the same and it will hurt her more as she really in love with him.

Yes , I think because Jiang Hu already decide to quit TY , thus the decision were made by Xu Si. He move TY in industrial park location. Since TY factory land still belong to Baoxing. Its only the location move, but the management and people were still the same ( that what Xu Si try to maintain) before given it back to JH

Then Xu Si words 'so I'm this kind of person in your heart' and GWL words 'Ms Jiang should know Mr Xu better...' were like a knife slashed in my heart, a slap in my face.. I means its truth that Xu Si delay or maybe will never tell Jiang Hu about Boaxing decisions to merge Aneda with TY, but he definitely had a plan for win win solution. Him as Baoxing employee & investor and Him as Jiang Hu boyfriend. And the conversation Xu Si with Baoxing boss, with his mom show Xu Si will always be Xu Si, he can't change his way of work but he more mature now. Instead just looking everything in one straight line to reach the goal, he think and ensure why he making the decision which is why his mom agree with his current proposal.

Even his ex curses him for being jerks. Cause he to one straightforward of the goal. Yet with JH, he always give her way to run TY as she want. But of course the reason why Aneda happens cause he still a Boaxing employee and its his job to ensure the company interest. Especially Xu Si position as the leader.

Agree, I means they already categorized this drama for business romance not romcom, so they should expect that this type of drama romance will came later, I shock they give 1.0 rating just by watching ep 1 and even less than 10 episodes. 1/40 or 10/40 immediately able to judge the whole drama, more like spread hate for no reason.

I had this thought as well, since after Lu Di mall show GY meet XS but the conversation between two of them not yet show. I doubt GY only ask to meet and talk with XS just to invite him to his wedding. Even aunty Yue Shan last seeing when she with GY talking about the business of Aneda...I do hope XS told JH before she knows from other. And I do hope XS really had plan B after he heard from JH how she feelings about TY merge with big company. Only 8 episodes left, I just it's not open ending.

I believe Xu Si had buy time for Aneda purchase TY, just look at the way he give the condition to Aneda partners. We might think he at false not talk with Jiang Hu or don't listen to others thought but he actually did. No one more worries about Jiang Hu losing TY than Xu Si, yet he not the type of male lead who did things without thinking. Just look at the way he try to talk about it with Jiang Hu, and again Xu Si being Xu Si highlights about line professionals business person vs personal life.

Xu Si underestimated not only Jiang Hu but himself.He indeed very capable investors,good leadership and he also good at putting line between business and personal. One of the reason why he can work well even with his ex. I believe Xu Si who saw how hard Jiang hu in order to maintain Teng Yuen,they way he actually give more space and lets Jiang Hu 99% handle it with her own way.
