For palace political drama, none can easily beat cdrama IMO . They always have great storylines and production. NIF is one of the them. Superb writing and perfect casts.

Not many surgery scenes comparing to Dr. Romantic 1&2. I think the latters would serve u better.

The male leads are so cute together. Rain has been awesome as always while Kim Bum is adorable like he never get aged.

Not that all the time, when Uee was an intern, she was so cheerful and lively.

The story, the writing and the cast were superb. Pace of the show was good, hardly had unnecessary scenes. Some scenes felt a bit over-the-top but it's still captivating and deserved binge-watching. I had no doubt why it received high rating when being broadcasted.

The ending is beautiful and memorable. Though they can't end up together physically but they would live in each other memories in a good way.

The ML and his friends really cracked me up. I like gags of this show.

The first episode is really promising. Hope the cast and crew would keep this momentum till the end.

It is a romantic historical drama/palace lifes stories. I dont think it would be your cup of tea.

It's really very good action movie. Well-done in most aspects. I even thought I had watched Hollywood film. But I bet President Kim Jong-Un would hate it. LOL

Put it on hold or may be drop it because SHK's role and her cold unhappy face bored me. I wish her next project would be more challenging.
p.s. After checking the drama's nationwide ratings sliding down every week and comments here. I think I will drop it.

I had watched her in the king and the clown but prefer her role in the red sleeve. Lee See Young is very pretty but she has sorrowful eyes. That makes her doing well in sad and dramatic scenes. But on romantic side, not so much IMO.

Yes, you are right. They had a chance to live their own lifes but threw it away because of love. This is why i love the writing of this show, it gave the viewers to exercise their thoughts.

Kdramas really love the idea of the lead couple had bonds since they were young. Making them one true loves ? But i think it's cliche and boring too.

I almost miss this gem because I did not feel its teaser interesting. But once I had started, it kinda binge-watching. What a wonderful heartwarming drama! Simple plot but great script, nice story telling and perfect actings had undoutedly leaded this drama to be such popular. I had so much fun laughing along the way but the last two episodes are the real tearjerker. Best kdrama 2021 for me.

Yes, they died. IMO the King had a chance to come back to life when he was about to open the gate. But his memory when DeokIm died had emerged to him. That's why he was in tears and turn back to her asking her to love him. She asked him to go back but he decided to stay with her.
