I just finished Rebirth and I really enjoyed watching it. The only thing that left me confused was the ending. For me, it would have been a perfect conclusion if they clearly showed Zhuge Yue and Chu Qiao living a simple and peaceful life together with their son and daughter—not as a dream or imagination, but as a real and confirmed ending. After everything they went through, they truly deserved that kind of happiness and closure. Still, overall, it was a great drama. Lin Yunrui as Zhuge Yue was almost perfect for the role—handsome, charming, and very convincing in martial arts. He really captured the depth of the character, from being cold and strategic to someone capable of deep love and sacrifice. I was really drawn to his performance. I also love Chu Qiao—she’s not just beautiful, but incredibly strong and skilled, especially in swordsmanship and archery. Her character stood out because of her independence and determination. The chemistry between her and Zhuge Yue is one of the highlights of the drama, and it’s hard not to root for them. The second male lead and even the villains were also very well portrayed. They added depth and intensity to the story, making it more engaging. Chun’er, in particular, was very memorable—her character had so much emotion and complexity. I also really liked Princess Consort Helian; she brought her own charm and strength to the story. And of course, the OST was amazing. The music made every scene more emotional and impactful. I love listening to the songs—they really capture the feeling of the story and stay with you even after finishing the drama. Overall, Rebirth is a drama that I truly enjoyed. Despite the confusing ending, everything else—from the cast, characters, and performances to the music—made it a very satisfying watch.
Done watching ep15. I love how Ren min perform Pipa. I like the ML and FL protect each other. Very nice scene when the MI present the poem. Excited for the next episodes. 💕
