It's simple, Hua Yong is actually boss of Shen Wenlang(SWL) and he had X company. Hua yong is obsessed with Sheng since still kid. He Disguise as an Omega in order to manipulate Sheng( he actually Enigma, upper tier than S-Alpha ). Enigma type is rare so you can't find everywhere and he's really rich that can produce Omega scent that Injected to him so he became fake Omega.
