Not really though, they already did it years ago. Basically they have agreement with some platform(iqiyi) so the country that got picked up Iqiyi cannot watch on YouTube(but they will appear 6-9 months after all released episodes). Or if not so you can watch it with VpN, so simple

Probably your geography got blocked by some region. In Indonesia you still can watch on Yt but in Europe or America you can't, but you can watch it on Iqiyi i guess

It's different season anyway. I gave 6.5 because only Sand & Ray story is Hook me up. Other than than, not really interesting plot ( Boston is not boring tho but his story is crazy but i like him)
