I’m so blind. Help— Jeongyo was going to show Nocturne to Pio the very next day but couldn’t cuz the latter…
Yup… and then Pi-O found it while he was tidying up JeongYo’s space and he was like “OH NO… you can’t see the deepest secret of my heart” and snatched it out of his hand… but Pi-O already saw that he had marked the parts for them specifically, not for any random primary and secondary.
I know it's irrelevant to the core of the story but I'm kinda pissed that the white girl gotten away with stealing…
OH. I totally agree. I imagine she didn’t get away with it. Having someone’s musical score is not the same as playing like them. That’s why Jeongyo always told Pi-O that he played that Harmonie piece like himself not like Jeongyo.
She has his notes, his incomplete notes, and she didn’t win. I’d like to think that someone like that will eventually be found out as the fraud they are. We know that Pi-O tried his best with that piece and did an amazing job not because he copied but because he adapted and took the notes as notes not as something set in stone.
Nemesis played by Kang Pi O at the last episode ( filled with love )was so beautiful 😭💓🤧💞
I believe he played it as Nocturne again (Jeongyo’s original composition). So it was played as intended, full of the love that he had for Pi-O (and the piano).
Someone said this in twt "Jeongyo saying 'come without the accompanist' about Jaein was diabolical. not even…
I couldn’t figure out if he was talking about Jaein or the person he was playing piano against… remember there was someone else there who was accompaning him with the music? and in the next scene that person isn’t there either. but then that was strange too because I thought jeangyo was the person who provided that guy during practice.
I understand your frustration with the closing off of everything. I have to say though that the grandpa thing…
I don’t know if it was a meastro necesssrily. More a person with stubborn convictions about how everyone should live their lives. He would have been the same if he was an athlete or a CEO, I think. Yes, Pi-O has a gentle empathetic spirit.

yes! the 13 years thing, a lot of filled with sadness and anger, was painful for sure. But your take is healthier. Sometimes the best way for the best outcome is to wait and not rush it, just like good bread or a structurally sound building. I’d rather them wait now and have a stable future later.

oh you’re right about the surroundings. even after the three years I feel like Pi-O wanted to distance himself from his name, that’s why he didn’t tell the boys that he was Pi-O.
Three years also lets them be who they are without the baggage in the first half too. So now Pi-O can go to Jeongyo without people following him around expecting things from him that he doesn’t want to give for whatever reason. And that means he can stay too.

Thank you for butting in!! Your take on the three years actually brought a tear to my eye and convinced me. I was acting from a “mourning the time lost” perspective, but you read it from a healing perspective and I like that. A lot. Thanks!
try that one.

Same… I love its depth.
