Honestly I'm still at ep 8 and I'm just not looking forward to future eps - might finish it since its only 12 in total. I love the actors but the story is just uninteresting. I'm not curious about where the gold is, nor what happen to him. There are interesting portions like the students interaction and the ML's and the evil principal of the school but sth is missing in this series...
I think its an 8 for me. I really like the mysterious vibes to it as well as the beautiful and emotional scenes but what i don't like is the repeated scenes. Probably it is a way of filming it to show us what really happened in detail from pov of the different characters but it's just way too much. Still a great watch!
WYF is practically living with strangers that doesn't even care about her and then a monster comes in to live across her room. The anguish and desperation to escape that place that she once called home. She even had the realization after the incident that her mum doesn't even care about her at all. She is actually surviving well seeing that she got abandoned by her loved ones.
I get why many felt unhappy she chose to leave again. i feel the first time she was suffering and was young at that time so she made a hard decision. The second time, note that she just said she had to leave and not she is breaking up with him. I'm thinking probably she needed time away and also to prevent that fker from continuing to harass her loved ones.
I mean all these are complicated issue. So there's probably no right or wrong. We can all say that she should have stayed and let SY protect her but I think she has made up her mind that she wants to protect SY too!
It is definitely a slow burn heart-wrenching show that builds up the first few episodes. perhaps they could reduced the huge recap and show it in another way but right now it is great at ep5-6. Let's hope the rest of the 4 eps gets even better!
This ep 23 is soooooo epic! Those last scenes are just emotional and great. it's so courageous of her to finally speak up because of SY. You become stronger when u have someone you want to protect!!!
OH MAN the sweet moments are too sweet but its going to temporarily end in tmr's ep! btw those who read the novel, who is that guy? and what the fk is his problem!? did they explain in past ep about who he is? (i kept seeing spoilers in the comments)
I feel the first 2 eps are kinda boring. there's not much of a plot but visuals are great. coming from the first frost so my expectation is quite high for a modern drama. hope it becomes better..
DAMN IT I CANT GET ENOUGH OF THIS SHOW! Even if there's not much going on, it's just great! It's been so long since all the wuxia and xianxia I have watched for a good modern cdrama. and YES I PAID YOUKU AGAINNN even if its on Netflix!
Anyway, I kinda confused about all the abuse dealt to WYF because alot are in fragments. but I do get that her mum and aunt abandon her and make her feel worthless. I'm guessing the mum prioritise the new family instead of her (which is fked up). That aunt is so shameless but what is her intention of introducing guys to her? this part I don't get it.
We can all agree its the worst season. It's really Sian's Paradise. Cus like its all about Sian and there's nth much shown on inferno. I mean look at Netflix synopsis for each ep, its all about Sian. I like her from the start but im getting tired till the end. AND its the FOURTH SEASON, i'm sure there's more than just talking they can think of doing. They need to give them more activities to do in Inferno. Not everyone who is not chosen just lie in bed all day (which obviously got cut out).
