why do i feel that the story is slowing down and I'm a little bored at ep 21. I know their romance is a slow burn but the plot needs to pick up a little faster. What's the end goal? Did the Uncle Wen really got killed?

It is a little slow at the start but it picks up and now i'm so looking forward to new eps!!! As he gets more allies and near death experiences, the suspense is intense and I love the interaction between him and miss Xiang! She is like flirting and teasing him and it's fun! 😊😊😊

The story is okay so far but i think I love the visual more ><

i saw the novel and I didn't really like the way it was presented although i love reading. I would prefer the webtoon! i doubt the deleted part is that important but i wonder how many % is the webtoon at compared to the novel

Is this going to be a movie? or on OTT? I think I am going to start reading the webtoon before this is out!

I think the story is great at the start and then it just become nonsensical at some point. Although I like LYX aka FL as an actress but i dont get the writing at all when she has to push him away (yes she wants revenge and don't want him to get hurt but it's not a likable plot) and then because of ML's persistence she gave up and began accepting ML back. That part is so sudden and weird and not done properly.
Overall it is an okay watch but i get why ppl are complaining about the story, the poor production and the character writing.

Although I have never seen this actress before and not a fond of her looks, the ML is great since Pearl girl and the story is captivating enough for me to watch till the latest. Looking forward to more!

i am at ep 20. I feel some scenes are alittle cringey and the story isn't very captivating but what kept me watching is the characters that bring this show alive and give me that warmth, wholesome feeling.. the 2nd couple is just toooo cute~!!!

urgh! 2 eps per day isn't enough! Can't wait for LMS to find out who she really is! I think it's really cool they have small plot like these haunting issue for her to solve so that she can reach her bigger objective of finding out who she is. This is one of the shows that prove that rating isn't everything cus I really like it!

i actually prefer Cdrama's historical theme and xianxia so their modern drama just bores me especially when it's 24-36 eps long (there were some exceptions). I agreed to what you said but i guess the storyline captivates me or I just love the casts. I actually have not watched those TV shows you mentioned so can't relate!
