I noticed Terry Guo's resemblance to Jeremy Tsui while recently watching a new short drama. They're both handsome & good in acting, I like them, but Jeremy is old, Terry looks younger and fresh.
But when I checked out Terry's previous dramas, I was surprised to find that he's had supporting roles in many of my favorite dramas, yet I'm completely unfamiliar with him. 😅 My eyes never fail to spot a handsome guy. I wonder, has his visual appearance changed drastically lately?

"The Killer is Also Romantic" also IMO 10/10 mini dramas I've ever watched, beside "Familiar Stranger". I suggest you to watch it if you haven't.

Previously, our ML was overconfident in his judgment. But after he learned that FL had nothing to do with the death of the 2nd FL, he became wavering. Then suddenly, the 2nd FL came back to life and was revealed to be a spy who stole details of other people's lives, his confidence collapsed.
ML said that he wasn't even sure of his own feelings = he was no longer confident in his own judgment. That's why he looked hesitant and shy.
But once ML is sure he really likes FL, he goes back to his original character, completely protecting the person he likes - becoming a love slave, just like when he liked the 2nd FL.

Meanwhile, in the early episodes, FL was willing to sacrifice covering up Gu Heng Yuan's mistakes, because of logical considerations: the punishment wasn't too severe & her future with Gu Heng Yuan.
When she fell in love with ML, I think FL pursued ML also with logical considerations: there was no harm in trying rather than being a widow, after all, ML wasn't without feelings. (There was a flashback moments where ML kept helping FL).
So if you compare, FL doesn't out from her character at all, which tends to think that her own benefit must be greater than any possible loss - loving herself in the first place.

It's not that there's no evidence; there's video evidence on the darkweb, but if the authorities don't take action, there's nothing to prove. The authorities didn't take action because the YML case involved government insiders. That's why the public can only impose social sanctions.
Regarding GJC, it started with prophecies from a British medium, ridiculous indeed.

I don't want to watch a drama with Fan Shi Qi in it, I haven't forgotten the Yu Meng Long's case.

OMG Yu Qian Qian is a time traveler!
I finally understand why she was able to use CPR to save Sui Yuan Hai/ Qi Min.
In the last episode, Yu Qian Qian told Chang Yu that she has a secret: she came from a faraway place and is trapped there and can't go home. That's why Qi Min's question before he died was so weird.

In episode 3, it was clear that Prefect Xu Song & the Governor Jiang conspired to fabricate a story about LJL drowning in the river. They ordered LJL's servant (who later became Clerk Qing Yun ) to poison LJL's tea so they could ambush & kill him on the way to the grave (in order to open the case of Mrs. Yang).
This is where the plot hole lies, because in episode 12, LJL was in bet that if he threw himself off a cliff - because he had nowhere else to run & it was close to the tea plantation, he would be found & rescued by the Rong family. Coincidentally, SB passed by there & found LJL lying bleeding... this was a very big bet, what if LJL's calculations were wrong, he would die from poisoning + falling off the cliff (luckily this is just a fictional story).
LJL didn't expect that his head would hit a rock & lose his memory. He did brag to Regent Lang that he wanted to infiltrate the Rong family, but he didn't expect that to happen.

SB doesn't want to prove that she is a tea bone, because tea bones are more of a myth, believed to be a talent that is carried from birth, while SB studies diligently to have abilities like tea bones. So she didn't say anything rather than lie, it was said that the old lady wasn't easily fooled too. It is wise to not need to tell any lies but still make people believe in her... was proven when the people who attended the event were the ones who defended her. And yes, SB made preparations by using a flower & butterfly motif plates, because she already suspected that the 6th sister would be used to bring her down.

From their first meeting, SB and LFS were already impressed with each other. This wasn't a sudden thing, when LFS woke up from his coma, the first thing he saw was SB from behind his bedroom window. His interest increased when SB accepted him as her personal maid & since then LFS actively began to get closer to SB. SB herself, because of her first impression, looked for information about LFS & then returned his thumb ring. SB's interest began to increase when LFS invited her to play on the swing. (a strategy to protect her younger cousin by making LFS as a fake boyfriend - a shield for WC)

The two evil people from the Yang & He family are still there, as promised by the old lady, they will only be sent home after the tea ancestor worship ceremony. Unexpectedly, He young master made a deal with the 5th sister. And Yang young master threaten SB by showing Lin Mama's bracelet during the husband candidate selection, meaning he is holding back Lin Mama who is said to have suddenly disappeared overnight. (Lin Mama is the 6th sister's foster mother)

I'm already on episode 11, it's so stressful, I hate Wangquan Hong Ye, he is not worthy to be and be called a father by Fu Gui.
If Huai Zhu could rise and live again, I'm sure she would scold Hong Ye to death for what he did to her only son.

I just finished watching 38 episodes.
The plot holes really make me wonder.
1. If MZY is actually the child of a demon and a human, shouldn't he be half demon? Throughout the entire episode, MZY is just an ordinary human with the ability to see evil spirits and spiritual talents beyond that of ordinary humans. But in the special clip after the ending, he becomes a cat demon, just like his father. How? I'm really confused 😅 hahaha
2. Without any changes in Wei Zhen's past life, who was half demon, I suspect MZY transferred the Gui Ying evil pill into his body after he returned from the past. However, how that happened, unfortunately no explanation. How MZY came back to life after being stabbed by Chang Xi's mace is also not explained. Episode 38 as the ending is too forced and rushed, even if one more episode would have been fine.
I haven't read the novel, maybe if the novel has an explanation for this, please let me know, thank you.

Yu Meng Long's drama is mostly on IQIYI, if you can install it on your smartphone & pay for VIP subscription, you can watch it.

Just watched it because I was tracking for Yu Meng Long's drama & reality show. I knew I'd seen Dong Hao Ran somewhere... turns out he had a guest role in Perfect Match.

I was just about to start watching Yu Meng Long's dramas that I had been pending for quite some time, when suddenly there was news that he had tragically died after falling (believed to have been thrown) from the 5th floor.
I didn't want to believe the bad rumors that accompanied his passing... a man who was kind, beautiful, with a sad gaze and a charming smile.
I watched with mixed feelings, happy to be carried away by the story, but also sad to remember that he was gone forever.
At least he lives on in this drama & has a happy ending. 😢
Justice for Yu Meng Long!

The story is quite good with a happy ending, the actors & actresses are good looking, but the acting and the chemistry between ML & FL are lacking, the plot is slow & a bit boring.
The makeup artist is also not good, looking flat & pale, like watching an old drama from the 1990s where the actors only wear lip gloss, a big mistake because good visuals can make the drama more lively.
I like Mao Zi Jun as the Black Commander in Memory of the Golden Age, his eyes are sharp, I think he is suitable for the villain/detective character. But here as a cold introvert & hiding his feelings, the expression in his eyes is not visible, making the chemistry between ML & FL very awkward. It's a shame, I even think the role of Yang Qing might be better suited to Yang Shi Ze.
But yeah... it's okay, not too bad.

I'm confused by the ending.
Hua Ru Yue went back in time and changed the events that led to the grudges which caused the disaster. How could the future's destiny not change at all? Nonsense! Unless the timeline is split into different time dimensions.
But if she did that, why did Hua Ru Yue return to the future timeline where all the causes and effects of past misunderstandings and grudges had already happened? Why would she bother changing the past? This also makes no sense to me.
Many people only saw the ending where Hua Ru Yue reunited with Bai Jiu Si and immediately assumed this drama was very good because of the happy ending... Hello, what about the explanation and drama logic, just ignore it? No wonder drama critics recommend that fans of quality dramas skip this drama.

Not bad, actually it's good : neat scenario with good drama logic... but pacing is too slow, so it's a bit boring. Slow develop relationship & sweet kisses, no hot scene.
