Honestly, I didn't expect this series to be as meaningful and beautiful as it turned out to be when it first started. I only began watching Love Upon a Time when it aired, and the first two episodes immediately grabbed my attention. The comedy was excellent, and JJ's performance in those opening episodes completely hooked me. The humor was top-notch and one of the strongest aspects of the series from the very beginning.
That said, I was also quite confused about where the story was heading. I kept wondering how they would wrap everything up and whether they would be able to execute such a complex plot satisfactorily. Since I hadn't read the novel, I had my doubts. By Episode 5, the direction of the story became much clearer, but one thing was certain: even during moments when I wasn't particularly excited to watch the next episode, I could never bring myself to drop it. The plot kept me invested throughout.
A huge reason for that was Net's performance. His acting in this series was impeccable. He truly acted with his soul, and it showed in every emotional scene. While P'Phop and Nakhun eventually received their happy ending, a part of me will always feel heartbroken for P'Phop and Klao especially the P'Phop from the past. His longing and yearning for Klao were absolutely heartbreaking to watch. Thankfully, in the end, they found their way back to each other and got the future they deserved.
What made this series so special was how it stayed true to itself from beginning to end. I loved that it concluded with the same humor and charm that made me fall in love with it in the first place. JJ shines in comedy scenes, and while I think he still has room to grow in more emotional moments, I can definitely see his potential.
Kim and Latte were absolutely phenomenal, especially Kim , THE DIVA! Their chemistry was incredible, and I genuinely hope to see them in more projects together. Their romantic scenes were beautifully done. I also have to give credit to Domundi. I've always felt there's something unique about the way they handle romance. It's not just about the NC scenes; their love scenes feel pure and genuine while still being filled with passion and attraction. They know how to film these moments with care and precision.
Overall, this series was nearly perfect from start to finish. I honestly think people who binge-watch it now that it's completed may enjoy it even more. And I already know I'll end up rewatching it whenever I start missing these characters.

Episode 9 was just Sad, I don't know whom to blame or whom to support actually. I'm just feeling so much pity for both of them . One thing can't be denied that they love each other ,Yearn for each other. However ,the world they live in is so cruel for them and they are also cruel to each other. Episode 10 is going to be more complex I guess.
I'm currently watching episode 7 and this might not sound right but I've found it very funny when Lu feng exposed Yi Cheng and Qin Leng infront of Xiao Cheng and Yi Cheng's mother . Then she passed out. Like she couldn't tolerate their one son being Gay now she got to know another one is gay too 😭. The whole scene was very ironic and funny to me lol.
We are already entering the misunderstandings era! But they are so "made for each other." Also, the way Cha Sae gye yearns for Seori is just beautiful and unexplainable. I'm really impressed with Heo Nam jun's acting. He portrays it so realistically, and I can't imagine anybody else doing better in this role. I also love how they both give off old married couple vibes. They're like someone's grandma and grandpa, lol, and it really fits the story since the yearning has lasted for such a long time.

I'm feeling emotional as it was not perfect but very close to my heart . This was that type of feel good drama maybe I won't talk about with anyone still it will hold a special place in my heart. The ending was perfect. But I hope they will give us a season 2 . 🫶
I'm loving the storyline but I think JJ needs to improve his acting . While I was feeling sad for Net, JJ's face expressions were making me laugh. I think he is good at comedy scenes but needs some improvement on sad or emotional scenes.
I was shocked omgg, didn't really expect the twist and It was funny af. I'm seeing many people are disappointed because we won't be getting any bl scenes anymore but it wasn't supposed to be like that from the start. Also ,some relationships are just platonic. Yes here, the teachers could be perfect bl couple but I'm glad they are not. I like the plot in this way. They are genuinely good friends to each other for a long time. It has made the plot more beautiful I believe( I'm saying it as a big bl watcher ) I like how this show is exploring the platonic relationships and showings us genuine good friendships. It is making me wait for the episodes and Fridays. It has become my comfort drama ig. Waiting for next Friday.
