This is better version for me. Actors are well chosen here. The story is more elaborate than the Korean version. The characters have elaborate back stories. Even the Japanese culture is well shown. The Korean version I stopped watching after the best friend was outed in the office. I don't know if these gets me interested to the end but so far so good.

The acting was great! I liked the story minus the romance. I am actually disappointed with the ending with the serial killer just getting that punishment when he killed a lot of people. The most satisfying punishment is the first one. Making her human? What, do they promote someone as a new Justitia? Doesn't make sense. The whole series would have been better without the romance part.

What I dont understand in this story is why Justitia a demon? Purgatory should be her domain.😅

What great male leads? Yang yangs scandal should be handled by him as he has been in the industry longer. I actually like Wang Chu Rans acting better than other highly praised actresses. She has great chemistry with Zhang Wan Yi.

Just finished watching this. Its a light romance. I fell in love as the leads fell in love with each other. Great acting from both leads and other supporting actors. It's slow progressing just like most of chinese dramas that has more than 20 episodes but its fine with me as both leads are good looking. Wang Chu Ran and Zhang Wan Yi have great chemistry. The actor that plays Ziyu is a good actor too. I felt his pain while looking at Liu Miantang. I hope to see him and Wang Chu Ran be leads in another drama.

There is no indication ML did not date anyone in the US on those 10 years. The 2fl I think there was a mention of breaking up with someone before she now like the teacher. The FL was in a relation with 2ML but was left 3 years ago and never dated anyone hence the blind date the 2FL arranged in Ep.1.

It was in HS and ML never in anyway showed interest on 2FL so how can that be bad? Just because someone is your first love you have a claim on that person.

It depends on the mood you want to watch actually. This is a light drama with a lot of cliche.

The story is 10 years later he saw his first love and his feelings reawakened. He did not hold on to his feelings for the last 10 years when he did not even see her on those years. Some will continue a relationship and some will realize that its better to leave those feelings in the past.

Is this world so toxic that every action can be seen as red flag? Which part is the ML obssessive? Just because ML is so inlove does not mean his disappointment will turn him into a monster. Even in real life that is.

Non-consensual means party b said no or backed away but party a still did it.

If you are questioning about the accent of the ML character, I dont think 10 years is enough to get the perfect American accent. Asians english accent and other accents are awesome to hear too. But the actor did study in South Africa although for me the accent is not noticeable as an African one.

Last 2 episodes. I hope the little girl in the photo which Hong-joo said she wished her daughter to look like her will be their daughter in the ending.

Yes I like Yoon Ji-on too. I started liking him in Tomorrow. He is a good actor.

The ex needs closure too. It's good to be able to close that door completely after all he was her first love. That hindrance should be closed and vaulted once and for all. I just hope it wont drag since we only have 3 episodes left.

I actually also see chemistry with Kim So-hyun and Yoon Ji-on even in MLL and he is not inlove with her there.😅 Both of them are really good in acting so I hope to see them in another drama.😊

True, I was expecting some kind deadly illness. 3 years of not explaining anything for panic attacks and writer's block means he did not care a lot about her. He thinks her feelings is shallow. The way he talks to her comes out like he is a manipulator too. Although their story can be made as another plot too.😅
