The last quarter of this series was nothing but garbage
i was hooked on this series. absolutely loved the chemistry between the leads. however, they focused WAY to much on the parents. the mother was nothing but a home wrecking pity party and I honestly could have done without her in the 2nd half of the series. she needed to do her nonsense in the first half but that's the most i needed from her. and her "whoa is me" garbage the last 2 eps? I fast forwarded through 36, and only watched about 5, mins of 37. worst ending I've ever seen in a cdrama. they had such a good thing going and then they just destroyed it.Was this review helpful to you?
Fantastic show!
I jumped into this movie for Ji Chang Wook and was surprised at how much I loved it. I had read some reviews that were mixed and while I don't judge too much based on reviews, I certainly don't get my hopes up either. This show was a lovely combination of humor and drama. I'm a sucker for romance and redemption story arcs and while I am now happy how it all ended, I was hoping just a little bit that there had been some sort of redemption from the FL's ex. But he was extremely annoying so after finishing this I'm not upset at the suffering he has and will continue to go though. Other than that, I felt the casting and story were beautifully done.
