I was thinking more along the lines of Win never actually being arrested and Phet getting some sort of scam call telling him that he was. Maybe they asked for money or something to release his son. But Win walking in like nothing happened probably meant that nothing actually happened, and Phet might have gotten scammed. That’s how my brain processed it lmao.
