Episode 7 was even better than the previous one š„¹Fai and Kaphrao are SO in love, I swear itās insane. I loved finally getting the full truth about what happened with the truck 15 years ago and seeing all those misunderstandings finally disappear. Their whole journey, the flirting, the little arguments, the confession, the camping scene⦠I loved all of it. They deserve so much happiness after everything they went through.
I also really loved their chemistry. The way Fai and Kaphrao interact with each other is just so cute, especially now that they finally understand their feelings for each other. And I really love how Kaphrao keeps calling Fai āPāJAHā after finding out that Fai was Pājah. š¤£ā¤ļø I donāt know why, but I find it so adorable.
I also really loved how Din was there for Fai and gave her advice and support when she needed someone to rely on. Rose was there too, and I really appreciated those moments between them.
Now I really hope Episode 8 gives us enough time to actually enjoy Fai and Kaphrao being together. I know theyāre probably going to get married, but I hope the finale doesnāt just end with the wedding. I want something like The Water, where we actually get to see them after the wedding, flirting, being happy together and enjoying their relationship. We didnāt get enough of them as a couple yet š Please give us a LONG final episode.
Iām also a little sad that this is already the end of the 4 Elements saga. There are still so many things I wish we had seen, especially the first time all the cousins met, their first impressions of each other, whether they went to the same schools when they were younger, and how their relationships developed before we met them as adults. I really hope we get a special episode or something someday because I would LOVE to see all of that.
But honestly, Episode 7 was amazing. Every episode somehow makes me love them even more
One thing I really hope Episode 8 doesnāt do is suddenly make Faiās aunt a completely different person just because sheās sick. Please, just let her stay the same person she has been throughout the whole series. Thereās no need for a last-minute āsheās sick, so suddenly sheās nice and we have to feel sorry for herā storyline.
I really hope they donāt do the same thing they did with Ladaās father in The Water. Because somehow, once he got sick, THAT was when he finally woke up and realized everything. Like⦠if he hadnāt gotten sick, would he ever have realized it? š Thatās exactly what I donāt want to see happen here.
She spent the entire series hating Kaphrao for basically NO reason. She keeps telling Fai that Kaphrao is obsessed with her or that she somehow bewitched her, when honestly⦠at this point, I think the aunt is the one who is obsessed with Kaphrao. š She has been thinking about this girl and blaming her for everything for so long, and I still donāt understand WHY.
So please, donāt suddenly change her personality in the final episode just because sheās sick. If sheās been like this the entire series, let her stay like this.Iād rather see her face the consequences of her own actions than get a last-minute redemption just because sheās ill.
I kind of understand why a number of people dropped this show. I guess I stuck around because of LingOrm, iāve…
š I literally thought the same thing when I saw the Episode 11 preview. It looks like a whole action movie š And honestly, just like you, Iām mainly still watching because of LingOrm.
I honestly really enjoyed AI Girl from beginning to end. ā¤ļøI was expecting a more classic ending, like we usually get in GLs ā a wedding, the characters starting their life together, something like that. šš Especially during the last few minutes, I was convinced they were going to give us a beautiful happy ending. But NOPE. They really decided to make us cry instead. š Seeing Gen grow old and eventually pass away, with AI shutting down her system afterwards, was honestly heartbreaking. I wasnāt expecting that at all.Even though the ending wasnāt what I expected, I still really loved the series. It was emotional, sweet, and definitely something Iām glad I watched. Now Iām just looking forward to seeing what the actresses do next. ā¤ļø
Rose already gave Fai some advice, but honestly⦠I think Lom needs to give her some advice too. šš
Lom has EXPERIENCE with girls, okay?! He has been around plenty of girls, so Fai better sit down and take notes. šš Maybe he can teach her a thing or two about how to understand women.
Especially after seeing Fai looking so lost and thoughtful near the end of the episode⦠maybe the man could actually help her figure out what sheās feeling and make things a little clearer for her. š
Fai, call Lom. You clearly need another consultation. š
This episode was SO GOOD šš„ The development between Fai and Kaphrao was everything I wanted to see. Their whole day together was honestly adorable, from the water park, the little cake moments, taking pictures together, and especially their conversation about their parents. You can really feel their relationship slowly changing.
And Fai⦠šš The jealousy, the way he kept following Kaphrao and Nod around, trying to make Kaphrao jealous and then getting absolutely NOTHING from her⦠I was dying. He really needs to work harder if he wants his girl to notice him. š
I also loved how Fai is slowly becoming more honest about his feelings. That final moment when Kaphrao asked him for a smile and they smiled at each other was so simple but SO cute. š„¹ā¤ļø
The photo they took at the same place where Kaphrao had taken a photo with her father was also such a beautiful detail. You can tell that the day meant something to both of them.
And now the preview⦠š The fact that Kaphrao is left alone in the dark even though sheās afraid of it, and Fai finds her unconscious?! I NEED the next episode NOW. And knowing his aunt was involved⦠yeah, Fai is definitely going to be angry. š
This is easily my favorite episode so far. We finally got to see real character development between Fai and Kaphrao , especially from Faiās side.I loved how Fai pretended the storm was still there just so they could stay on the island one more day. š That alone shows how much her feelings have grown. The scenes after the celebration were amazing. Drunk Fai asking, āWhy do you hate me?ā, their accidental first kiss, and then the next morning when both of them pretended to still be asleep just to enjoy being close to each other a little longer⦠Those moments were absolutely adorable. I also loved the childhood reveal. Kaphrao finally realizes that Fai was the one who helped her when they were kids. Her smile, followed by Fai immediately looking away because she got shy⦠such a beautiful scene. On the other hand⦠Faiās aunt is still incredibly annoying. Every single episode she finds a new way to make things harder.
The preview made me even more excited! Seeing Fai ask Rose and Din for advice on how to win Kaphraoās heart shows how much sheās changing. And with Nod entering the picture, it looks like Fai will finally have to fight for the girl she loves.
I absolutely loved this episode, and I canāt wait for Episode 5!
Honestly, this was a really good episode. Even though the conflict with Ranās mother has lasted for several episodes, the show balances it well with lighter moments between Ran and Neen. Their little trip, their sweet interactions, and the funny scenes give the audience a chance to breathe and keep the pacing enjoyable.
However⦠Ranās mother has completely crossed every line. Every episode I think she canāt get any worse, and somehow she still manages to surprise me. Between the manipulation, the lies, trying to make Neen look like the villain, and now publicly humiliating her own daughter on national TV⦠sheās completely out of control.
I also want to give credit to Neen. Despite having such a toxic mother-in-law, she continues to support Ran and fight for their relationship instead of giving up. Honestly, many people would have already filed for divorce in that situation.
I really hope the next episodes finally move the story forward, because Ran and Neen deserve some peace after everything theyāve been through.
At the same time, I canāt help wondering what comes next if the conflict with Ranās mother is finally resolved. Itās been the main storyline for so long that Iām curious to see where the writers will take the story afterward. I just hope they have another strong direction planned so the series can keep its momentum.
I started watching GLs last year, and have almost watched 15 series. And tbh, this one seems the most mature out…
I respect that you enjoy In Love Forever, but I donāt agree with your reasoning.
Realism alone doesnāt automatically make a story better. A realistic story can still have repetitive pacing, just as a more fictional or idealized story can be incredibly well written.
My issue with In Love Forever isnāt that itās realistic. I actually like the themes it explores. My issue is that the story has been revolving around the same conflict for most of the series. Weāre already at Episode 6 out of 12, and Ranās mother is still the main conflict. Thatās why many viewers find the pacing predictable, and I think thatās a fair criticism.
A realistic series isnāt automatically better than other GLs. Many of the more popular GLs arenāt loved just because theyāre āunrealistic.ā Theyāre loved because they often have stronger pacing, better character development, more varied conflicts, or simply more engaging storytelling.
The part I disagree with the most is when you say that āGL fans donāt know how to recognize a good story.ā People simply have different tastes. Someone can prefer a lighter, more dramatic, or more realistic GL, and none of those preferences make their opinion less valid.
Personally, I do enjoy In Love Forever, but I also understand why it hasnāt reached the popularity of some other GLs. This type of family conflict has already been explored in many stories. What many fans were hoping for was for the series to move beyond that conflict and explore its characters and other storylines more deeply.
I honestly feel like the biggest problem in this series isnāt even Ran or Neen anymore⦠itās Ranās mother.
At this point, this is no longer about being overprotectiveāitās emotional manipulation. She creates fake conflicts, plays the victim, pretends to faint, refuses to take any responsibility, and keeps treating Neen as if sheās the problem when Neen has done absolutely nothing wrong.
What frustrates me even more is that nobody truly stands up to her. Ranās father knows the truth, yet he never really confronts her. Iām also surprised that Neen family hasnāt stepped in more, especially when itās obvious that almost every problem in Ran and Neen relationship comes from Ranās mother.
I genuinely feel bad for Neen. Being constantly criticized, blamed, and emotionally attacked can leave deep psychological scars. No one deserves to go through that.
At this point, I honestly feel like the only thing that might finally open Ranās eyes is losing Neen. Maybe thatās the only way sheāll finally realize that her motherās behavior has become the biggest source of all their problems.
To me, Ran still sees her mother as the hero of her childhood. But that hero died the day Ran married Neen. From that moment on, she became Ranās biggest enemy and the main source of all the problems they are facing today.
At first, Fai still acts like a child and keeps abusing her authority just to annoy Kampon. But as the episode goes on, itās clear that her actions donāt truly reflect how she feels.
She keeps pretending she doesnāt care about Kampon, yet she secretly does so many things for her: replacing her bicycle, hiding the truth from her aunt, and worrying when Kampon is working late in the rain.
I also loved the scene where Kampon treated Faiās injury. The way Fai looked at Kampon was completely different. You can tell sheās feeling much more than sheās willing to admit.
And now that Nod is entering the story, I honestly canāt wait to see Fai get jealous. š I think thatās finally going to force her to face her real feelings.
Episode 3 already looks amazing, especially with Rose putting Fai in her place. š¤£I seriously canāt wait for next Saturday!
I really hope this story doesnāt spend all 12 episodes focusing only on Ranās mother trying to destroy Ran and Neen relationship. At first it was interesting, but now itās becoming frustrating because she keeps manipulating everyone without taking any responsibility for her actions.
From Episode 6ās preview, it already feels like Ran and Neen are heading toward a separation before eventually finding their way back to each other. I understand why the writers might choose that direction, but I honestly hoped this conflict would be resolved earlier so the story could explore new challenges instead of repeating the same one.
I havenāt read the original novel, so Iām genuinely curious. Does the story really revolve around this conflict for most of the plot, or are there other major storylines later on? I honestly donāt know, and thatās something Iām really curious to find out.
Iāve also read comments from people who have read the novel, and many say Ran and Neen are much more developed there. If thatās true, I really hope the next episodes give us more depth about them, because they deserve it.
Iām still enjoying the series and Iām excited to see where it goes, but I really hope the story starts moving forward instead of staying stuck on the same conflict.
Honestly, this was a really strong first episode. š
The story already has a solid foundation, and we finally understand where the conflict between Fai and Kamphrao comes from. It doesnāt excuse what Fai did as a child, but it also shows that many of her fears and misunderstandings were planted in her mind by her aunt, who made her believe that Kamphrao would steal her father and her place in the family, even though that was never true.
The only character whoās already getting on my nerves is the aunt. š¤Every time she opens her mouth, she fills Faiās head with even more toxic ideas and unnecessary suspicions. Itās clear that sheās one of the main reasons this conflict has lasted for so many years.
I also really like Kamphrao. Despite everything sheās been through, she remains calm, mature, and refuses to let anyone walk all over her.
The ending made me even more excited for Episode 2. I canāt wait to see how Fai and Kamphraoās relationship develops now that theyāll be working together.
Honestly⦠sometimes you donāt need a long review.
Enemies with Benefits was simply pure happiness from start to finish. ā¤ļø
Every week I looked forward to a new episode, and the series never disappointed me. Jane and JingJing had incredible chemistry, the romantic moments were heartwarming, the comedy was genuinely fun, and every episode left me excited for the next one.
This is easily one of my favorite GLs of the year.
Thank you to the entire cast and crew for such a wonderful series. And now⦠I canāt wait for the special episodes! š„¹ā¤ļø
Now that The Air has officially ended and Iāve had time to reflect on the finale, I can finally share my complete thoughts.
The final episode was excellent. For me, it was a beautiful conclusion that delivered the emotions I had been waiting for. Episodes 7 and 8 were definitely the ones that made me feel the most tension, emotional weight, and high stakes. It finally felt like everything the story had been building toward was paying off, and thatās exactly what I wanted to see.
My favorite part of The Air was, without a doubt, Blue and Lomās relationship. Their development felt natural, emotional, and filled with memorable moments. The scene where Lom says she would sacrifice her life for Blue, and Blue immediately tells her never to say that again, is probably one of my favorite scenes in the entire series. I also loved the moment when Blue tells Lom that if she gave her permission, she could kiss her. That entire conversation perfectly captured the growth of their relationship.
To me, The Air had incredible potential. The premise was excellent: a princess, a bodyguard, an attempted takeover of the throne, and a forbidden romance. On paper, it had everything needed to become an outstanding romantic thriller.
However, I also feel that some of its ideas werenāt explored as much as they could have been. I genuinely think the story needed more time. In my opinion, 10 episodes would have allowed the writers to develop several characters and storylines much better.
The best example is Grace. Veronica did an amazing job portraying her, and Grace truly felt like a dangerous antagonist. Thatās exactly why I wish she had stayed in the story longer. Her arc ended a little too quickly, even though there was still so much potential left to explore.
I also wish we had learned more about Hellen past. She was a fascinating character, and I believe showing more of her story would have made several emotional moments even stronger.
Despite those criticisms, I genuinely enjoyed this series. The cast did a fantastic job, Freen and Becky once again delivered wonderful performances, and the entire production team deserves a lot of praise.
For now, Iām giving The Air a 9/10. If I had the option, I would probably rate it 8.8/10, but since I canāt, Iāll happily go with a 9.
Now Iām looking forward to The Fire. Once all four elements have been released, Iāll rank them again and maybe even adjust my scores. But one thing is certain: The Air will remain a series that I truly enjoyed and wonāt forget anytime soon.
She has so much unnecessary hate toward Neen, but the funniest part is how easily Neen baits her every single time. š¤£
Neen only has to say one little thing, and she instantly loses her composure, gets angry, and ends up exposing herself. She falls for it every single time. š
Itās honestly one of the funniest running gags in the series for me.
I totally agree with you, I had expected more from FreenBecky, especially after The loyal pin which totally blowed…
I actually agree with you. I think my expectations for Freen and Becky were simply very high, especially after The Loyal Pin. Itās been about two years since we last saw them together in a series, so I was really expecting something special.
Personally, the elements I was looking forward to the most were Air and Fire. So far, Earth has been my favorite, although I also really enjoyed Water.
I donāt think Air is a bad series at all. Iām still enjoying it, and there are still two episodes left to wrap everything up.
For me, the issue isnāt Freen and Becky. Their chemistry is still as strong as ever. I think the writing and some directing choices could have made better use of their partnership and created even more tension, emotion, and impact in certain scenes. I hope the final two episodes deliver a conclusion that lives up to their potential.
Why would it be the last project ? They have cranium and I hope others to come do you have any information regarding…
Youāre right, thereās no confirmation that this will be their last project together. Itās more of a concern from me as a fan because we simply donāt know what the future holds for them.
As for Cranium, I really hope the project will happen one day, even though the rights are still with Idol Factory. For now, Iād rather wait for official news instead of making assumptions.
I truly hope Freen and Becky will have many more projects together in the future.
I still feel like this season is a huge missed opportunity considering how much potential it had, especially if this ends up being Freen and Beckyās last project together.
I still have some hope for the final two episodes because there is still time to improve certain things. However, I truly believe Episodes 4 and 5 could have been used more effectively to further develop Graceās story, Helaās story, and other important parts of the plot instead of pushing so much content toward the ending.
Episode 6 was better in my opinion, but some details still frustrated me. For example, the boat scene where the princess tries to save Lom could have been much more impactful with stronger execution. It may seem like a small detail, but those small details are often what make scenes truly memorable.
It is also unfortunate that some of the action sequences were not explored more. A few additional hand-to-hand combat scenes could have made the tension feel stronger and shown more of the physical impact that these events had on the characters.
That is probably my biggest frustration with this series: there are so many great ideas, an incredible chemistry between Freen and Becky, and a very interesting world, yet many moments feel like they are not being used to their full potential.
I genuinely hope the final two episodes deliver a satisfying conclusion because despite my criticisms, I still believe this story can end on a very strong note.

I hope the final two episodes deliver a conclusion that lives up to their potential.
As for Cranium, I really hope the project will happen one day, even though the rights are still with Idol Factory. For now, Iād rather wait for official news instead of making assumptions.
I truly hope Freen and Becky will have many more projects together in the future.
