I just have to say, the actor playing Gao Tu in Abo Desire is absolutely incredible. His performance brings so much depth and complexity to the character—every emotion is so raw and authentic. Whether it’s his intense moments of power or the more vulnerable ones, you can feel the layers of Gao Tu’s persona unfold with every scene. It’s not easy to play a character with such a range, but he does it flawlessly. You can tell he really understands the character, and that understanding makes Gao Tu even more compelling to watch. The way he brings both strength and subtle fragility to the role is what makes Gao Tu unforgettable. He truly deserves all the recognition for his exceptional portrayal.
The dangerous drug of sex was crazy. I remember watching it without subtitles back then🤣🤣🤣OMG I WAS SHOCKED…
I don't think it will come out very soon. Haven't you heard about China's censorship starting from September 2025. However, it will be wonderful if Japan somehow picks it up. Fingers crossed.
Abo Desire is amazing! The characters, the plot, and the omegaverse twist are so unique and well done. It’s sad that some people can’t appreciate it for what it is. If you don’t like it, that’s fine, but don’t bring others down just because it’s not your thing. Let people enjoy what they like without the hate!
Haters and Trolls - what a problem in MDL in general. If I go to my profile, in settings, blocking, I can see…
Everyone has their own tastes, and that's what makes shows fun. If you don’t like something, it’s totally fine to move on—but let others enjoy what they love without judgment. We all see things differently, and that's the beauty of having so many options out there!
Kill to love is in my watch list for like 3 months
Banning BL doesn’t protect anyone, it just silences voices and kills creativity. These authors and actors deserve freedom to tell their stories without fear of prison or censorship.

Seriously, what is wrong with China’s persistent homophobic attitude in the modern era of 2025? Historically, even kings openly had male concubines, yet today there seems to be a hypocrisy in suppressing LGBTQ+ expression. This double standard is not only outdated but harmful, as it denies people the freedom to explore and enjoy stories that reflect diverse experiences. Boys’ Love (BL) content, in particular, provides representation, fosters empathy, and celebrates love in its many forms. De-censoring BL is not just about entertainment—it’s about acknowledging human diversity and embracing modern values of inclusion and acceptance. It’s high time that outdated prejudices give way to openness, allowing art, literature, and media to reflect the realities of love and identity in 2025.
I know censorship is strict, but when other couples in the same series are allowed multiple kisses while SWL and Gao Tu get nothing, it feels inconsistent. Fans aren’t questioning the actors’ comfort—we can see their chemistry in BTS—but the way their story was handled on screen came off as dry compared to others. That’s where the disappointment comes from, not from blaming the actors.
However, it will be wonderful if Japan somehow picks it up.
Fingers crossed.
