So the rules in china is whoever will attend the award ceremony will get award but if anyone can't attend the ceremony for some reason then he will not get by the no other countries has such rules if the actor or actress is deserving to get the award, he may be absent or not will get them no matter what. If fated heart would have telecast on tencent or youku then it would had become big hit or would have crossed 10000 heat index I really hate iqiyi for this
